Very poor service. I made a deal for a 1 month rental on a skid steer with a condition that they could come get it and rent it out to someone else for a few days. I haven't seen it in almost 2 weeks. Was told Monday then Wednesday by the owner, then on the following Sunday was told Thursday, now the soonest is Tuesday. I've now rented a skid steer from another company and will be sending Rapid Rentals the bill.Never rent anything from from them

Rapid Rentals always go above and beyond for service. Nicest people working there. Always go there for Uhaul and Paint and other items we need. They also offer curbside service which is wonderful because it makes us safer. Thank you for all you do for our community.
