Had a great experience with Technician SL37. They came for a small performance issue on a furnace, he found the issue in minutes, explained what was wrong and how he was fixing it, then on his way out fixed an issue I had with my smart thermostat. Really appreciate the great service.

Fast service on time and even if they had one missing piece they had no problem coming back as soon as they could to fix it. Nothing bad to say about them A1.

I get a letter saying my new meter has to be replaced because of strict criteria from Measurement Canada. Measurement Canada's mailbox is full and they will not answer their phone, Enbridge doesn't answer their phone so I can't verify anything. Sounds like a scam or a make work project for Quebec.

Had them come to our house for a cleaning of our furnace and the fireplace, which they did but they turn off the fireplace and it is now impossible to get it back on...Edit: moved my review from 1 to 3 stars since we had a technician sent very quickly after reporting the issue...

I hit a gas line (my bad) and these guys sub for gazifere so a tech and a laborer were sent to turn off the gas and the guys that actually do the work were busy elsewhere for the next 5hrs. So far things were okay, the gas was off and firefighters were there waiting. the crew must have hid around the corner cause they continued to rack up overtime hours for two guys for 6.5hrs while sitting in the van until their subcontractor came to do the actual repair (open hole with loads of access was dug by firefighters) took roughly 1 hr to repair. Gazifere assured me that i'd only pay for labor and gas, naturally i thought that this may be semi-affordable so i'd pay for it myself on this advise, half of my bill of $2800 is going to these contractors". i was taken advantage of

Most of the Techniciens that come to the door are sub contractors of Lakeside Gas... meaning that they Must have and display theyr TSSA numbers, have valid insurance. If they cannot provide their qualifications, then they should not be allowed to work on your property.I recomend1) Taking a picture of the TSSA number on the vehicle.2 ) A picture of the technicien and valid ID3) Looking at the proof of insurance.Thank you
