I can't tell you how impressed I am with the client services staff at OPB. I have made several call in the lead-up to retirement, and everyone I have spoken with has answered, so patiently, all my questions. When I hand-delivered my retirement package to the office, a client services person (Vanda) walked" through the material with me to be sure the package was complete. At all times

Client service is horrible. Spoke to many different people and cant get a clear answer on how their own process works. After weeks of communication I became frustrated and just gave up and picked an option I didn't even want just to get it over with. You ask a question by email they just tell you to call instead of emailing you back the answer. Extremely frustrating.

The worst financial organization I've ever dealt with. It took me 8 months to extract my money (so far, I'm still waiting for my money).1. It takes over a week for them to reply to any email. And they don't read the emails attentively. Their rep Alison Wittenberg couldn't find an attachment with filled in form that I've sent her and it took 2 weeks and 3 follow-ups from my end to get her to find it in her inbox.2.Their phone support promised to send me forms. But, when I called a month later, they didn't even know they were supposed to send anything.Terrible organization, I would never advise anybody to deal with them.

Terrible client service. I was just hung up on after calling for the millionth time to check on the status of my resignation package as I resigned from my last position 4 months ago and am still waiting to hear anything from the opb and finalize this process to access my funds. Terrible process that is not client centred in the least and after communicating that over the phone I was hung up on. Good luck to others in similar positions.
