Smart Moves Play Place

It is a lot of fun we had a different age range of kid 5-10. It was well enjoyed everyone. The only thing kids complained about was the soft landing mats are suppose to be soft to prevent injuryBut they were hard and all the kids said it hurt our leg , back or head what ever part they banged or landed on. It is clean and staff is nice .

So, this place is incredible! The staff are so nice, the place is very clean, the atmosphere was really fun, and it was just wonderful getting to talk to so many people while I was there! My daughters absolutely love coming here! Did you know that you can even have sleepovers here? I think if we could get enough friends in on it then we would try that too! The washrooms are clean, there's birthday party rooms, the doors are half doors that are locked in order to prevent children from running out without their parents, and there are two huge play structures and one toddler play section. Toddlers can play anywhere but the toddler section is only for toddlers. They have lots of science-based learning activities, huge slides, tons of room, and just a great feel. I will definitely be returning here and my daughter asks me about it every single day. There's even food while you're there! The prices are reasonable enough and there's a few options that everyone should be able to stay. We stayed 3 hours yesterday.

We love smart moves! The facility is always super clean and lots of variety for kids of varying ages. Upstairs party room is huge. The staff go above and beyond! Prices are fair and always lots of fun to be had at this place!

My Wife has been here multiple times with our son but yesterday was the first time I got to experience Smart Moves Play Place.Entry is extremely reasonably priced and for the cost to get in you have a lot of options to entertain any child, be it your own or others.Areas for younger children to toddlers that will ensure engagement. Various toys, gadgets, and items up to larger exhibit type play areas. Everything is spaced out quite a bit and padded appropriately so there isn't much worry for injury.Overall a good place to take kids when it isn't the nicest outside for a reasonable price. Can't go wrong!

Always a good time when we come here. Perfect for younger kids as they have a separate play area for them. It’s also never too crowded. My niece had her birthday party here too and it was a great experience. No complaints at all.

Such a wonderful place to give the kids a chance to run around in a relaxed and positive space after a drive or a long day. Staff was wonderful, place is very clean and well maintained, price is decent and food selection is healthy and easy on the wallet. Full of educational stuff and no heavy electronic entertainment. Wheelchair accessible parking and space to hang up stuff and take off shoes. Socks are a must.

Great potential but very run down. All the electronic toys don’t work and are broken, the sensory vents are broken, the toy cars are broken, it’s complete chaos with no STEM stimulation. Weekends are crazy busy and hectic with birthday parties and parents who just let their kids run around unattended.

Girl at the front was not very friendly and less than enthused to be working there it seemed. Staff is not very attentive. Also I feel as though there should be a separate area for kids under 2. The big kids are running all over the little ones and there were several close calls.ALSO, my 1 year old son found some uncovered outlets. Good thing I was watching him closely. Extremely dangerous.

Didn't catch her name but the only girl working there today was pretty rude and seemed to not want to be there. She was unhappy and short with her replies. She was very inattentive to just about everything. Not just me but a few other people noticed her attitude. She also left many people waiting, disappearing for long periods of time where she couldn't be located. She was so unapproachable that I didn't even want to buy some food. When moving items around the space she almost seemed to stomp and have a very uncomfortable feeling about her. Me and some other moms agreed we're unimpressed and are not coming back. There was also not a lot for our toddlers to do. Sad to say, but we were super disappointed.

Invited to this indoor kids place for a birthday party for a 4 year old. Cute indoor place with dedicated area for smaller babies and toddler. Lots of space for kids to run around and area for parents to sit. Some areas high above have lots dust visible from sitting area. Other than that, looks clean and noticed staff disinfecting high-touched areas.
