Such a fun hill, its not busy at all and its reasonable priced and not ran by RCR so that makes it alot better. Definitely coming back

This is a great place to learn to snowboard in winter and mountain bike in summer. It has a variety of runs for all levels. There are two t-bars, a lodge with food & bevies. In summer has amazing steak night. The staff are amazing. My son wants to work when older as he was blown away with how helpful staff were.

We had a friend visiting for a few days -- no better place to enjoy a great cheese-burger, yam fries, a 'Pass' beer and a fantastic view !Well worth the short drive up the hill to the lodge. Great to see the families out with their kids for the day. Prices in general make this family affordable.

Pass Powderkeg Ski Area
Pass Powderkeg is the true gem of Southern Alberta. From the mountain, to the views, to the staff and instructors. It was amazing on all fronts. Special shout out to Dylan at the front desk who answered our numerous questions and got my husband and daughters out on the mountain and into some lessons the next day!!

Pass Powderkeg Ski Area
First time skiing ever (and I'm all grown up) and the team here made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Stuck to the beginner hill and one green hill. Very affordable, and an awesome place to learn.I always think of skiing as not accessible because of the price/skill level but this place was fantastic.

A totally underrated hill for recreational skiing. Want great views, reasonable challenges, no waiting in line and a nice retro experience? It doesn't end there because the not for profit structure of the ski hill makes it an unbeatable value.

The hill is a great value. Paid $59 for a 2 hour lesson, rental, and lift pass. The instructors were great, and my kids had a great time. Also. the food in the lodge was really good and reasonably priced. We definitely will be going again.

Great learner ski hill perfect for families. We made the mistake of not pre-booking tickets at a bigger hill and found Powderkeg by accident. Our girls learned how to ski in one day here, great beginner terrain and it was free! (We stuck to the bunny hill didn't go up higher.)The staff is very good, they are helpful and enthusiastic and ensure everyone is having a great time. Definitely a little gem in the Crowsnest area. Awesome first ski day with the family.
