Newmarket Airport Shuttle

I have used Newmarket Taxi now several times for pickup and drop offs to both Billy Bishop, and Pearson Airport. Every single time, they have arrived on time with a friendly, courteous driver and a clean car. The next time you're heading to the airport, call these guys; one less stress in traveling that you will have to worry about!

Today's taxi in Newmarket is one of the most ridiculous and unprofessional taxi services that I have ever seen. By law, they supposed to give every passenger a receipt for the money they get and somehow they refuse to do that!! The driver said to my wife after she used their taxi to go to the Airport and ask for her email address to email the receipt and he never did!? I have called their dispatch and they said we can't do anything about it!! Now I am going to take them to the court and sue them for their action.Charging $70 rate plus $10 for using 407 and not giving the receipt!!Do not use this company.

The only taxi company that will come 40 minutes late, cause you to miss an important appointment, charge you anyway, then ban your number for complaining. Horrible company. Shut them down, please. Oh, and the dispatcher was a woman. If you know who I'm talking about, you'll probably agree that she may just be the most incompetent worker in the company (or any taxi company, for that matter)....And that's just one problem I had with them, before I realized Solo Taxi doesn't come late nearly as much

Do you like dealing with rude dispatchers, unreliable drivers, and all around miserable people? This is the cab service for you, then. The dispatcher gave me no confirmation that the driver would show up, and when he did, he promptly berated me for supposedly not waiting in the right place and then drove away. (How was I not in the right place when he saw me waiting there?) Horribly unprofessional and not worth your time, let alone your money.

I'm not from New Market but a family member told me to call because they have good ratings. Not sure how they got that. I called and asked for a car to pick me up from the bus terminal and no one came.A half hour later I called back to make sure someone was coming because there were yet to be any cars out front from this company and I got a Well there are tons of taxi services there

I have used their services for a couple of years now. I find them very prompt, polite and clean cars. Never an issue.

Such a terrible company. Asked for a cab and they made me wait 40 minutes. Everytime I called they said oh yes the cab is on its way." When I called the last time to cancel the taxi and started informing them about how they made me late to my important meeting

I only gave this one star because I could not give it zero stars. LATE picking us up to go to Pearson from Newmarket by 15 minutes - and that included me calling to make sure they had not forgotten. He had forgotten the time he was picking us up. I booked online and chose a time of 10.45am because 10.30am was not an option. I made a comment in the box when booking and then got a reply to say we were booked in for a pick up at 10.30am. HE FORGOT he had changed the time.Coming home from Pearson was an even WORSE experience. We went to Post 29 and had the desk person call the taxi from where they wait (she told us it was 5 minutes away) . After she called them 3 TIMES and we had waited 30 MINUTES I phoned them. I told them who I was, where we were, that we were waiting and MY ADDRESS where we were going.He then asked me where we were going. It seems EVERYTHING you say to this company is not listened to. As we were on the phone the driver turned up. The driver BLAMED US for not being at the pick up point WHERE WE HAD BEEN STOOD FOR 30 MINUTES. Said he'd been round the block 3 times which was BS. Then he said they didn't have a cell number for us and only had a home number. They never called us anyway so what difference did that make?After telling him we were never using their company again he was quiet the whole journey APART FROM ILLEGALLY USING HIS CELLPHONE TO PHONE AND TEXT BACK AND FORTH WHILST DRIVING ON THE 400. One of those questions to his switchboard was the address he was talking us to. They then sent him the address by text.THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO RUN AN EFFICIENT BUSINESS AND WILL NOT BE GETTING OUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW TO AVOID.

If im ever in the Newmarket area and I need to get around these guys are my first call. They will usually pick you up within 5-10 minutes and will actually wait for you. Most cab companies just show up and leave without a call or even a honk and I really hate that. I have never really paid attention to the rates, but they have VERY clean cars. Nothing worse than a cabbie that smokes in his car and leaves litter everywhere.

I was flying in to Toronto to meet my husband. I prearranged car service to pick me up and drive me to hotel. I gave them my flight information and after my plane landed, Newmarket Taxi & Limo called me asked if I had retrieved my bags yet and told me specifically where to meet my driver. My driver was awesome, extremely friendly and helpful, gave me information about city, good places to eat, etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, excellent service, with reasonable prices. Well worth the money!! Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.
