Edmonton Garrison Memorial Golf & Curling Club

If you are military and want a sit down lunch within your lunch break it's a great spot. Great food, daily specials, lots of good golf deals as well. Staff is always friendly, crafts beers and lots of variety. It's a favorite spot for lunch or sometimes to enjoy tacos tuesday, or surf and turf night on Fridays. Great prices.

A fairly flat course with not too much in the way of water or traps. It has a bit of a drainage problem so avoid if a heavy rain has occurred in the last few days. Military history buffs will like that each hole has a commemorative theme related to battles fought by Canadian armed forces. Staff at the clubhouse and pro shop are very friendly and accommodating. Food is traditional golf course menu but execution is great as is the selection of craft beers.

Nice course. Friendly proshop and restaurant staff and good prices. Would give it five stars if the cart girl actually drove around the course instead of just sitting on one hole waiting for everyone to come to her.

Course is in great shape!Just had our company golf tourney at Garrison and it went really well. Would recommend it as a place for you to have your own company golf tourney! Staff was very helpful in setting it up and just as helpful on tourney day.Every single person who was there said they enjoyed themselves and we will be back next year.

We jad a very enjoyable golfing experience here. The course is in good shape slthoughvthe cart paths could use some work. I definitely look forward to gokfing here again.

Hands down best Golf Marshalls and Pro Shop staff in surrounding area. Most of them are Vets and are down to earth people that made my time golfing at the garrison that much better!Rec 10/10

The course had a nice layout but the fairways were not well maintained nor were the greens . The tanks all around the course were awesome!

I have never finished 18 holes here. It's always double booked with incredibly slow pace. Even if we call the pro shop nothing gets done. Im currently on the 8th hole and I've been here for 2 hours. At one point there was 5 different 4sums on the same hole. Terribly run facility.

This is a nice course that has some really pretty fairways. Today some of the blue tees were a little rough but in general the conditions were good.On Sundays the crowd can sometimes play a little slow, so if you are doing 18 make sure that you budget your time accordingly.Some of the approaches can be challenging, and I find the par 3s really difficult to get just right. Some of the holes are boarded by REALLY dense fescue and weeds, so don’t get too cocky with the wide fairways!The clubhouse is nice and the service is also consistent here. This is definitely a course I recommend trying out, or maybe even making it part of your regular rotation!
