We recently worked with Kerri-lyn for the purchase of our new SW Edmonton home. She was INCREDIBLE! Extensively knowledgeable, experienced, and so so capable in all aspects. We were considering various neighborhoods and various types of houses and she provided honest guidance throughout the whole process. It was abundantly clear that she had our best interests at heart. Once we decided on our home, she was invaluable with the negotiating process and coordinating all the required inspections, lawyers, and other details. On top of that, she and her assistant Joanne are the friendliest people to work with. I can't recommend Kerri-lyn enough!

Jason was amazing to work with! We were under a time crunch moving from Toronto and he helped us find our house within a week. He made sure all our questions were answered, guided us in areas where to live, and problems in foreseeable houses. He helped with finding repair people - all who have been amazing to work with. He was there for inspections and made sure when dropping off the keys we were completely satisfied. He is very knowledgeable with our neighbourhood and told us places to go to which have all been amazing. We would definitely recommend and trust Jason and Kerri-lyn 100% for their help in finding or selling a home in Edmonton.

Kerri-lyn Holland is simply the best real estate agent I could imagine. She was incredibly patient as we searched for our ideal house, showing us many properties over many months. She listened and responded to feedback about what we liked and what we didn't, and adjusted accordingly. She never engaged in a hard sell (or really did any selling at all). It was clear she worked for us and wanted us to find a great home we could love and that would be a solid investment. It made the process of buying a house as stress-free as possible. She's also extraordinarily knowledgeable about houses and was always drawing our attention to potential shortcomings that we would never have noticed. That above all made me trust her. She didn't want us to purchase a property that we would later come to regret. And when, after many months of fruitless searching, we lost heart that the one house we could both love and afford would ever come along, she always counselled patience. In the end, she was right. It did come along. She walked us through the whole process from beginning to end with care, attention to detail, and the utmost concern for our needs. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience.
