We used Devin and team for a wedding in Sep of 2022. They put up a large tent for us with their beautiful new flooring. Devin put me at ease by saying We'll do whatever we can to make you happy". Their team put up a lovely lighting and fabric display in the top of the tent and between the white and clear top

Tents, lights, chairs, tables, arch and extra latrines for a summer cottage wedding all came from here and it was a dream! The lights were attached to the tents before setup which was unexpected but much appreciated! That for sure saved us hours of set up.

We used Muskoka Event Services for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. Without a doubt the best decision we made in securing them! Devin & the team were very responsive from the beginning, answered any & all questions we had before & during the wedding. The silverware, dinnerware, glassware, linens, tables, misc, etc. were delivered and picked-up on time - extremely professional and efficient! We can honestly say that Westway definitely contributed to making our daughter’s wedding absolutely magical. Thank you again!

We used Muskoka Event Services for our cottage wedding in July 2022. We rented a gorgeous 20x75 foot tent and all our tables/chairs and dinnerware from them. Devin and his team were extremely communicative throughout the entire planning process which was very much appreciated. He came promptly for a site visit when other vendors declined and reassured us that our vision would be feasible, even in a challenging place. His set up crew was quick and efficient and the quality of our rented products were excellent. They accommodated our requested set up and take down day despite juggling other events. We were so happy with the services and couldn't reccommend Muskoka Event Services more for any event!

I read somewhere that people write bad reviews as a last resort, so unfortunately, I’ll break the chain of good reviews below and I’ll be brief.Muskoka Event Services supplied us with all you need for a wedding as well as 2 wait staff ($50/hr --totally inexperienced ) & 1 bartender ($60/hr -- who knew nothing about alcohol) for 12 hrs each. On a $12000.00 invoice, they balked at a legitimate $700 refund for a shortfall in hours pulling the harassment card – I didn’t even mention their lack of experience. Seriously!! What a crock!!I put in a dispute with Visa and the reply from Muskoka Event Services was that it would take 75-90 days and then they’d win because I signed the contract. Well he’s right, he probably will win because at that point it’s ‘he said, she said’ and basically unprovable. Save yourself some aggravation and go with someone else.

Devin was absolutely incredible and made our wedding dreams completely stress free! From start to finish, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without him. He offered helpful advice, immense organization, great recommendations and paid such close attention to detail. Anything I brought up, he had already thought of and taken care of. From planning, to set up, to dismantling everything after the event - everything was perfectly organized and taken care of. He went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect and went off without a hitch. We could not recommend his services more!!!

Devin really helped us out when another vendor was suddenly unable to provide the rent and rentals we needed for our 25 person backyard wedding! The process of booking with MES was smooth every step of the way and Devin was very responsive with any questions I had. Delivery guys were friendly, efficient and made sure we were totally happy with everything before leaving. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Devin went over and beyond for our event! He was so easy to work with was very responsive in emails! We rented out a couple tents for a dinner event we put in and his team had it set up and then taken down in a very fast time! I will be using muskoka event services again for their fair prices friendly staff and how hard they work to make sure your dinner is just like the wife thought!
