Fantastic experience buying both a mattress and bed here. Eva is so helpful, personable and honest. She took the time to make sure we got what was best for US, and then made sure we got everything delivered as soon as possible, even on a holiday weekend! The hand-written 'thank you' note from them was a very nice touch too!

I have purchased all of my mattresses from Mattress Mart on Colonnade Rd for the past 20 + years. In Dec 2021 I purchased my newest mattress and although I loved it in the store I felt it was a bit firm, so I decided to go for a slightly plushier version and exchanged it. I went to the Barrhaven location only because I was in the area so I decided to try out the beds again and dealt with Eva. I have to say that Eva exemplifies what customer service should be! Eva was amazing at letting me take my time in deciding which mattress was the best for me. No pressure, just pure honesty and commitment to making me, the customer happy! Other businesses in Ottawa should really take note on how a business in such competitive times should be run!! Thank you Eva!

Excellent customer service. Matress was delivered the following day. The sales Rep- Maverick - was very professional . Called the next day to ask if the delivery went well and how was the first night of sleep.Happy to shop locally.

I recently bought a new pillow from Mattress Mart. The customer service here is great both in person and over the phone. I had a good experience trying out a few pillows and the one I bought had improved my sleep a lot. I also have a mattress purchased here and it's very comfortable as well. Would recommend!

I've shopped at mattress Mart locations over the past several years. I recently stopped into the Barhaven location and was amazingly pleased with the service I received. They answered all my questions and were able to help me find a mattress that was a great solution to my ongoing struggles with my back issues due to my present mattress. I highly recommend you stop in here if you're looking for great service and staff that knows their product, not to mention the competitions' as well!

After many family members and friends warned us to stay away from Mattress Mart we decided to go with them and what a mistake.My wife and I purchased a mattress over the weekend and we decided to cancel the order on the Monday. I called our sales rep and informed her we would be in the same day to collect our deposit When we arrived at the store our sales rep mentioned it was the manager who would call us to refund the deposit. I asked why she did not mention this when I called. She made us drive 30 minutes to the store with a 10 month old baby and then the she made us wait 45 minutes to send an email to I don’t know who. When I looked over at her computer she was pretending to type. She was purposely wasting our time because she was not getting her commission and was upset,This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. With so many choices for mattresses you would think they Mattress Mart would go above and beyond for their customers.Very disappointed and would never recommend Mattress Marr.

Went to the Barrhaven location with no real expectations of finding a bed. However, Maverick was a wealth of knowledge and did an excellent job of talking about the plusses and minuses of the different mattresses. After his help we ended up buying both a mattress and bed frame. I think it is also really important to highlight that all of the inventory is 100% Canadian made. Customer service was awesome. I recommend the Barrhaven location without reservations. Great job, thanks so much.
