Purchased a Yamaha Ténéré 700 from Kelly's Cycle Centre. Never purchased new before but it was a straightforward process. Acquisition took several months due to availability, weather and travel distance but staff were very easy going.If I'm ever in the area & need Yamaha services. I will shop here again.

Took in my 2022 FJR for front tire replacement and to have some aftermarket safety items installed. The staff demonstrated a genuine enthusiastic attitude when I walked in. Paul Bee in service truly loves motorcycles. He kept me informed on repair status and price quoted before beginning repairs. Truly a great team.No damage to my motorcycle or any mishaps. I observed Paul and the staff take the same level of passion as the customers did with their motorcycles as well as taking in brief stories and adventures. The staff truly love bikes. Kellys Yamaha takes the sport of motorcycles repairs and maintenance to the next caliber of customer service. I will bring my machine back again for all subsequent needs.

Loved it all. Went there to get my gear as a new rider, Stephen went through each bit, explaining the importance of all the gear and helped me find things that work best for me. Went in again after a month and bought my first motorcycle. Amazing experience, great customer service and I will def be recommending this place for anyone I know that is interested in becoming a rider haha.

Paul’s professional attitude made me feel at ease with the task at hand. Steve took on the responsibility of what I would consider an intricate & challenging task. I purchased an MT-09 SP and the entire process was made super easy by Larry. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, with great advices from financial to bike maintenance. Outstanding communication all along the process, keeping things clear and precise. Bike was delivered in time and there was nothing to not be happy about. Was on the hunt for a Tenere 700 province wide, supply was in short order. Kelly's came through and secured me a unit. They worked remotely (500kms away) through the deal, securing outstanding interest rates and a warranty 2nd to none.I didn't know this at the time, but was dealing with an exclusive dealer, which was also classified as 'an elite' dealer nation wide. It showed. I've purchased a lot of toys" in my time
