Very unhelpful. I've tried calling them for 3 seperate incidents and they just outsource you to a free legal advice hotline. They should focus less on helping actual criminals and focus more on helping the general public.

They never replied to any of my voicemails. I left a minimum of 5 voicemails and no one ever called back. I was not happy with the service at all

Extremely helpful. The automated phone call sequencing is long and frustrating at times but agents are genuinely helpful and want to steer you straight. Thank you guys!
