I placed an order tonight through Skip The Dishes and the Restaurant personally called me regarding my order as no driver had come to pick it up after a long period of time. The gentleman working had mentioned he tried reaching Skip The Dishes twice and had even re-made the order again. After the call, I ended up picking up the order myself.I appreciated them contacting me and felt that I was taken care.Also to mention, my chicken burrito bowl was very good. Thank you!

Called at 7:30. Was refused to have an order taken for pick up. Wanted 3 Burritos and was advised that was too many to take an order for because it was 7:30? Confused andDisappointed. First time I have EVER been refused a pick up... even at this location. Much has changed here in the last while... Upper James seems to be the better option.

The only positive was that the little portions we did get, tasted good.The customer service was terrible, the worker was almost annoyed that we were there. She literally rolled her eyes at us when we ordered one extra item! We were the only ones in the store so she wasnt jammed with customers to help!Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

Great Mexican restaurant in Hamilton. Very professional staff and take good care of your recommendation. I’m a vegetarian myself, server named Jay did his best and made sure that no contamination of meat in my veggie burrito.

It was tasty but I was incredibly nauseous after I ate it. I got a bowl with chicken, beef, cheese, chickpeas, corn, cilantro, burrito sauce, guacamole, and sour cream. The portions of guacamole are so small I got chips and guacamole and I’d only got to about halfway the bag of chips before I ran out of guacamole. Also they forgot the beef that I payed two extra dollars for usually I wouldn’t care but I paid extra for it and I didn’t even get it. The churros are great but they are very small. Also the prices are a little high considering how small the portions are, but that’s not that big of a problem.

A few times that we have passed this location, usually no one is ever in it. We finally went for a bowls and it was pretty good! They had every topping and ingredients seemed fresh too. Good for a quick bite.

Server is way disrespectful and while making a burrito with meat he does food contamination and has laughs on while we where leaving store seeing that there is no way we can give zero rating. Never visit this place ever

No ground beef option for starters so ordered a chicken burrito. Asked for lettuce and tomato, they offer neither. The lettuce is a coleslaw mix and the tomatoes are mixed in with onions. Ridiculous to not be able to get regular lettuce and plain tomato as an option at a burrito bar. People who don't like onions or the coleslaw are supposed to shrug and expect to pay full price for a burrito they can't top the way they choose?I walked out, and went a block over to Bar Burrito. Ground beef topped how I want it. Much better menu.

I think this is the first location to not overcharge me for adding vegetables to my burrito, or ask me repeatedly if I want the beyond crumble. Way to go lime-ridge !
