Excellent service, super helpful, willing to go the extra mile, especially compared to another fastener business.

I had been doing business with this location for almost 1.5 years. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a new manager integrated into the business, and while it started off courteous I don’t feel my last call into the business was very professional. I used this location for my home base business because it stocked the items I required in higher quantities. My last call in left a sour taste when I stated I would like to put an order in and the next sentence was “is this you again” and that the prices originally given to me were going to jump higher. I’ve never asked for a “deal” and understood that changes have happened in every business regarding shipping costs etc. However, professionalism and respect to the customers cost nothing. I’ve since gone back to use more local small businesses to help me out. I hope the new manager understands politeness can go a much longer distance

You can find anything you need in regards to fasteners. Had a weird metric Bolt that needed a coupler and they had it. Only downside is that if you don't have an account there is a minimum $10 charge.
