New West Farmer's Market
NWFM does a pretty good job at organizing the weekly markets. There's a reasonable, but not huge, selection of vendors, live music and stuff for kids. Usually there's a food truck or two. Only problem I find is you can't count on your favorite vendor being there on any particular week.

New West Farmer's Market
The vendors were friendly and the goods were locally grown and made. I enjoyed it. It Is nested in the middle of the park so you can enjoy stroll and rest in the shade at the same time. There is also live musicians too. I would return.

New West Farmer's Market
We went to check out the New West Farmers Market one day. It's held at Tipperary Park every Thursday from 3 - 7pm, until Nov.3rd. Our first time going to a Farmers Market since pre-pandemic days. My husband and I were impressed as it seemed to us that the number of vendors had gone up, and the calibre of the vendors onsite had improved. We came home with two bottled beverages (Hibiscus and Horchata), a bag of kettle corn, and two different flavors of creme brulee to eat for dessert. (Bubble Tea and Vegan Orange Chocolate)Hibiscus and Horchata drinks: These drinks were from Tamaly Shop and they were both excellent. Refreshing, flavourful, and sweet but not overly sweet.   5/5Kettle Corn: Couldn't resist the aroma of the kettle corn wafting through the air as we were walking back to our car, so we bought a bag of Caramel kettle corn from Gary's Kettle Corn. Crunch, crunch, yum, yum!   5/5Creme Brulee: These were from a booth called Creme Brulee to Go. The Bubble Tea creme brulee came with a small container of boba pearls to go on top. We were told that right before eating, we should pour out the liquid and then put the boba pearls on top. The Vegan Orange Chocolate creme brulee came with two pieces of dehydrated orange slices which we were told to rehydrate in a small dish of water before placing them on top of the creme brulee. The lady who sold them torched the sugar in front of us to get that hard caramelized sugar coating, and told me it should stay hard for about 6 hours. Uh...hate to say it, but...she was mistaken. We put the jars into the fridge as soon as we came home, and when we were ready for dessert about 4 hours later, the sugar had already gone soft. Fortunately, we have our own torches at home so we sprinkled some more sugar on top and torched it again. Both flavors were tasty and the Vegan Orange Chocolate was my favourite, but I found the orange slices unnecessary and was slightly annoyed at being assured that the sugar would stay hard for 6 hours, only to discover that it had already gone soft after only 4 hours.   4/5Overall, we had a wonderful time at The New West Farmers Market. There are lots of interesting vendors selling quality foods, drinks, and crafts. I'm very much looking forward to going back there again sometime!

New West Farmer's Market
The farmer’s market on the day we visited is more vast than usual (with booths on the avenue in front of the City Hall and the parking lot of Tipperary Park). It is not too crowded on a weekday; various products, such as vegetables, eggs, bread, coffee beans, craft beers, whiskeys and much more; stall owners are friendly and patient; have musicians playing delightful tunes occasionally. I truly love the environment here!

Many wonderful vendors. With a $10 membership some members participate in 10% discount. It's wonderful to discover canadian made products. The last time I purchased some unique shaped candles
