I had a bad experience with this company . I hired for part time and Company HR is asking me to sign a contract for full time. This is absolutely wrong practice . How could company ask some one to sign wrong job contract? I disagreed the contract and not accepted it . I would advise if anyone get hired , please check your joining contracts before signing or accenting . Don’t sign it until they modify it if anything wrong in your contract .I noticed many people working here and they signed wrong contract because HR told them to sign .

Genuinely One of the best 8 months I have experienced while working with IOS, the people in charge, Managers, Team Leaders, Agents... Literally everyone is so nice and respectful and VERY passionate. it is a safe space for everyone, You will never feel like you are less than anyone, as everyone is being treated with equality and understanding and so much Love. I truly feel lucky and privileged to work here !

I applied to io, and a very nice lady called and asked me a few questions and where I was located. I told her Ontario, she said that they can hire people from Ontario since it was WFH. A while later another Lady called and told me that they don't hire from Ontario. It's too bad, but if they ever decide to hire from Ontario, I'll apply again. Overall it was a nice experience.

I had a lady call me on Monday about a position I applied for , I didn't have time during that first call for the 40 minute 8nterview so I asked if she could call me BEFORE 12pm atlantic , she agreed said she would call me the next day. The next day she calls me AT 12pm atlantic. I advised her that I requested a call BEFORE that time. She asked me what time it currently was and I explained 12pm atlantic. She said she would call the next day. She did not. If that is how professional and incompetent your recruiters or hiring managers are ( and my first experience with this company ) I'd rather not have a job there. That's unprofessional and beyond incompetent.UPDATE: SO I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER LADY , SHE EXPLAINED IT WOULD BE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ROGERS/FIDO - THE HOURLY WAGE OF 13 SOMETHING FOR PT AND 14 SOMETHING FOR FT. SHE ASKED ME ABIUT MY WORK FROM HOME SET UP I EXPLAINED. SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK IN 30 MINUTES FOR THE ACTUAL INTERVIEW. AN HOUR PASSES , 2 HOURS NOTHING. NONE OF THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO SOUNDED ENGLISH. WORK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK ID SAY. IF THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE APPLICANTS - GOOD LUCK TO YOU LOL

This company handles front-line customer service for Metro's MOI program, and it's horrible. I requested information about my account and was told I would receive an email within a few days. When I never got the promised info, I called back every week for a month and was given the same false promise. During this time, a missing points issue came up and an agent said he would add the points to my account and I should see them within 48 hours; 576 hours (12 days) later they still weren't there.I finally got to talk to what must be the only person there with proper training and a sense of diligence, who fixed the missing points issue and took the time to learn that the information I had requested is not available to them and I would have to contact Metro directly, who tells me I have to call the customer service number (the one handled by IO).When only one out of several people I spoke to actually did his job properly, this is not a company that should be in the business of customer service, and they do a disservice to their client as well, as experiences like this reflect on Metro and damages their previously good reputation for customer service.[Cue the insincere platitudes telling me how sorry they are for my experience...]
