I don't like leaving 1 stars , but i called falcon to handle a collections case for my company and they took longer than 2 years to send my case to the court house, In turn Making me lose my court case. Now im also out the $1000 they charged me to help me" i may as well have not even called. When i questioned them they basically had no answer for me as to why it took two years to essentially mail a letter. They offered no refund or course of action and wouldn't even call me back. I highly recommend you call someone else. Ide give them a 0/10 but 1 star is the lowest. Shame on you. Worst customer service ever."

The most worst experiance. Do not ever have any business with them. They use abousive language. No professional. I gave them clients to collect on my behalf. Zero result. When I collected, they asked me to pay back 25%.

You have repeatedly called my phone number, and I have repeatedly told you that you have the wrong number. I am not the person you are looking for. This last time you threatened me, and then hung up the phone before I could respond. I understand you have difficult job to do, but this is beyond acceptable. If you can't be professional when you make a mistake, you are in the wrong line of business.
