Well to start with the food was cold. We have ordered burrito and chilli con carne and both were cold. I expect cold food out of a grocery store shelf but not at restaurants. I could just end the review here but that won't be fair. Staff were nice and decor inside was nice too. The food had flavour however both food was supposed to be hot but none of them actually were. It was a disappointment.

Came to Ancho for a late afternoon drink and snacks, and it didn’t disappoint. Margaritas were nice enough, and the food was good as well. Not sure I would come here for dinner, but would definitely return for drinks and snacks, especially good spot if you’re shopping around the Louise areas and there are some special offers as well.

Simply the best Tacos I have had since moving to Europe from a Tex-Mex area in the USA. I had lunch here alone and had to bring my wife back for dinner the same day. Service was excellent and the food was wonderful both times. I highly recommend stopping by for an amazing Taco at reasonable prices. The location is tight so get there earlier.

I was so pleased to come here as the food was delicious. One of the waitresses was not great as we only spoke English and she made us feel a bit awkward. But still had a nice time despite her.

We took tacos, which were tasty, but the plate was quite little for the price. It was good but I wouldn't go back there as I'm not fond of paying a good price for a snack and leave with a half empty stomach.

It's very fresh food ! I really enjoyed the burrito bowl all the elements are fresh and well prepared especially loved the coriander rice. Also good for lunch. Right now plenty of sitting outside. Will definitely come back to try the nachos to share and the actual burrito which looks huge

Good food :) dirty nachos, quesadillas, Chipotle burrito, homemade ice teas pictured. Small point of contention: asked for no avocado, got avocado in my quesadillas

Came here at around 9 pm after we had a late flight and thankfully they were able to seat us at the bar. The alcoholic beverages were refreshing and nice. We ordered chicken quesadilla and beef/pork tacos - the food itself everything almost tasted the same and too sweet for us. We were able to watch the cook create the food which was cool but the meat products and vegetables ect were all ready prepped and made they just had to put everything together. Would recommend.

Ancho is a nice Mexican restaurant situated in a great street ! The quesadilla we ordered was good but not great. Unfortunately it wasn’t very hot/warm and the filling still felt a bit cold. We ordered the offer of two cocktails and a nachos to share and that was lovely! We ended up ordering it twice actually :). The guacamole and salsa were a perfect combination with the nachos. The margaritas were delicious. We also ordered this sardine dish which was also very delicious.
