Heritage Ford

Not a great experience with the used car department. Bought a 2014 Mustang GT. Had damage that was not disclosed and further damage as car was not washed when looked at and picked up (back bumper, front fender). I am now paying $2k to fix properly. Buyer beware fully understand, however nothing disclosed even if not on Carfax. Make sure if you are buying a used car from them you ask for any disclosure and go over the car, have cleaned inside and out. All that was offered was to “buff” out damage. I would have expected more from a Ford Dealership even with used. While none of this matters, I will make sure to tell the story of “great” service and hopefully this helps another buyer not have to spend extra money and make a fully informed decision.

Bought a new f150 from this location from L.J. Price mached a different dealership and was fair to deal with and professional. Only hiccup was the 2nd key to the truck was misplaced. He ordered a new one and took care of the reprogramming. Would recomend

When I called for service they said they provide shuttle service in 10km radius. Also they dropped me home after I put vehicle for service. After few hours they called me and said vehicle is ready but they cant give me ride as they only do shuttle in 7 km radius.And they did not provide shuttle for return.

Took my 89 5.0 L Fox to get some work done this morning. My experience was great. Smiley happy face Receiption Tony Lane welcomed me and left the car with them for 1/2 day. The Machanic Tayler who look after was a great guy. Thank you Tony. You are the best.

Cannot speak highly enough of both Bill, Steve and at Heritage Ford. I had worked through a number of great dealerships such as Erinwood, Parkway, Trillium but settled on one that was an hour away from me, Heritage Ford.I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport from them and the pricing was far better than what any other dealership was offering me. Extremely impressed, a done deal on the phone, I didn't have to walk in, financing was approved within 2 minutes time by Ella, another great employee.This is my second purchase from Heritage Ford, first being a 2014 Mustang GT. Both good experiences so far and cars were ready and delivered ahead of schedule.

I called in to buy a part for my car and the person I spoke I provided him my information he let me know the price and I was happy with it just to drive there and have the manager tell me that the price was actually wrong and they’re not going to honour the price just to find out that Ford donway sells the same part for wayy less! So not only I was getting riped off but I wasted my time for nothing unprofessional!

This has got to be the best experience I've had at a Ford dealership. I went in for the multi-point inspection for my leased vehicle this morning. From start to finish, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. All staff I dealt with were professional, but not in an obsequious way. I felt it was genuine. All questions were answered without hesitation. Not only will I go back there, I've already started recommending them to my co-workers. I only gave them 5 stars because that's the maximum allowable.Great first experience with Heritage Ford. Bravo to all the staff.
