Called twice and spoke with Brent the service manager to get a quote for a new water heater. Both times he asked if he could call me back. Still waiting. Would not recommend them. Poor customer service.

We can not comment on the service - no one came after we asked for a quote. We called two different times asking for a quote on a small job. We were told someone would be out for an assessment during the next few days.They did not call us back, so I called again to see if they could still come. The same person I initially spoke with confirmed that the request was pending" and that they would be out soon. We never heard from them again."

Had a leak, called, spoke to the service manager, explained I had a water leak, pulled a plumber off a job, and had him on site within 1 hour. Invoice was more then reasonable. Highly recommend.

Last company I'd call for any plumbing or heating needs. Mostly excellent employees (who would be much better off working anywhere else), but current management is unethical and not trustworthy, in my experiences with them. Thank you, no thank you, NEXT.
