Russ did a great job today! We called in the morning and he was here at 2pm! He explained all the procedures, made honest recommendations, was detailed and did a great job setting our furnace and AC up for the summer season. I was particularly impressed on how he carefully washed our AC unit in every corner of it. Thank you so much! Second year in a row using this company and we decided to subscribe to their services on their monthly plan. Highly recommend!

Russ was very thorough and professional with the inspection of our furnace, AC, and garage heater. He was happy to take the time to answer any questions we had and explained what he was doing and went over the report afterwards. He was very careful around our home and respectful of our pets. Both my sister and I were very pleased with pleased with the quality of work and will continue as customers with Action Furnace.

Appointment was scheduled for sometime between 8-11 AM. Russ Clark arrived at 8:20AM, he was friendly and very knowledgeable about all tasks at hand. Once the job was finished no mess was left behind and he walked me through what all was done. Russ was able to answer all my questions. Very satisfied with the work done. Thank you Russ!

Was having air conditioner issues yesterday. called first this morning, tech was available later this afternoon.Chad showed up when he was supposed to and went right to work. Quickly troubleshot the issues and had me back up and cooling in no time. Very professional service and explained the issues and how to keep them from happening again. Chad was easy to deal with and didn’t even mind my dogs saying hello. This is the third time I’ve used Action, I have had a heater installed in my garage, furnace and ducting cleaned and now the AC unit repaired. Always fast always professional.
