Gold Standard Customer Service!

I placed an order back in Mar. 2020, and have never heard back on confirmation or delivery status since. Despite repeat email follow-up on order status, there was never a reply back. Just avoid ordering from this company all together. Don't waste your time.

Placed a small order from their website that stated it was in stock. I expected the order to ship that day since it stated it was in stock and I payed for expedited shipping.. To my surprise I received a call 9 days later stating that they were just planning on shipping it that day and it was non refundable. When I called back and tried to talk to someone all I got was attitude and hung up on. Horrible customer service don’t use these guys!

Responsive, and come through when you need them to.

They get zero stars as far as I'm concerned. They are trying to rip us off. They purchased a component - then they wanted to return the parts (claimed we shipped them bad parts) - we got an OK from factory for the parts to be returned - they returned part BUT not the parts we shipped. They tried to return older parts that were failing. They were old, rusty and very obviously not the parts that the factory originally shipped. The factory refused to accept them based on the fact what was returned was not what was sold. Now they are ignoring our calls and refuse to pay their bill.Are they really even a legitimate company????
