Perfume Factory

I stumbled upon this store when out for a drive in the Niagara area many years ago. Not fancy, but friendly service. When I realized they shipped all over, I compared the cost versus buying in the stores. They were significantly cheaper, even with shipping added in.Though I don't buy a lot of cologne, I bought from the Perfume Factory since. During COVID, I was not close enough to anyone to need cologne, so I hadn't bought in years. Sure enough, I compared their price to that of both Amazon (my go-to for most things) and Shoppers Drug Mart and, with shipping, Perfume Factory was STILL significantly cheaper.I opted to use the cheaper shipping with the longer lead-time, but it still arrived only 3 days after I ordered. During the process, their system emailed when the item was shipped and when it arrived, so I always knew the status.All this to say that I HIGHLY recommend you consider this store when shopping for fragrances.

Ordered men's cologne online, found it to be cheaper than major retail department stores, no complaints with every step of the process, very satisfied with my purchase. Will consider purchasing more fragrances in the near future.

Everytime I have been there..they have been courteous, friendly, always have my perfume ready when I call them prior. Walk in and walk out. Highly recommend them.

If you need something on time - don't buy from here.I placed an order on the website on May 26. I did not receive any email at all that would notify me about the problem. On May 31 I decided to call them, but it appears that Shopify marked my order as high risk"

Amazing service...called in to place an order...was greeted with amazing customer service and was shipped quicker than expected....would use them time and time again. Thanks! There is no reason these people should have less than 5 star rating. I'm pretty picky, and only review when I'm either super delighted or disappointed...would reccomend to anyone.

Not the nicest place, but did see some decent deals. Owner cannot take any criticism what do ever though!!! Every single review that says something negative he writes something 5 X's as negative about the person leaving review or just says 'this person is leaving a review at wrong buusness' lol yeah I don't think so Binto
