My Dr. Had his office here. The hallways are extremely clean and the outside is clean and well maintained.

The building is well maintained and quiet. Public transportation is outside building and close to Bayshore shopping ctr. Cons are high electrical hydro / heat costs especially during winter ($300-$500/month) and condo fees ($400-$600/month). Special assessment fees ($200-$250/month) due to roof leakage and major brick/windows repair work over next 5 years (2024).
