I couldn't be happier with the service!! I needed a new furnace when I contacted them. Maroun came by the next day and answered all my questions and gave me excellent advice. Jake and Zack replaced my furnace the next day and left my basement spotless. Excellent work and highly recommended!!

We were in an unfortunate situation where our furnace broke with a newborn at home, we called a few companies to provide a quote for a replacement. From the moment Maroun picked up the phone the service provided was nothing short of exceptional. We knew as soon as he left that we found our new HVAC company, he was extremely knowledgeable, sharing key details for us to consider and he took the time to answer our first time homeowner questions. We never felt pressured or felt like he was trying to upsell. The installation was without issues, and when we had follow up questions they were promptly addressed. We called Mr Home Confort heating and Cooling Inc. for our air conditioning unit that stopped working (of course on the hottest day of the century). They were there the next day and provided a very professional courteous service. The following day we weren’t sure it was ok and called them back, without hesitation they came back and gave us explanations as to why it was taking a while to cool down. John from the team, showed up on time and ready to go. Got regular annual maintenance done for A/C, furnace and HRV on a 3 year old, new build home. He found issues with my furnace and HRV (that would explain some problems we had in the coldest winter months) from the original company that installed it 3 years ago and quickly fixed them, system is running better than the day the house was built and the HVAC system was originally installed (only 3 years ago). John was professional and answered all my questions and even provided recommendations for what to look out for in the future and how to adjust with the seasons, that would save me the needless cost of a service call down the road for an easy adjustment. Not to mention saving me $$ during the seasons on electricity. Took the time to walk me through all he had done and simplified it for a non-HVAC person. Price for the work done was more than fair for the professional work done. The service they use to notify me when they will arrive and once they completed the work is fantastic. Will continue to get MR Home Comfort to handle all my HVAC and Gas line needs. Would recommend to anyone who sees the value in knowledgeable, reliable and honest professionals.

Very happy with my recently installed heat pump system. John and team did amazing work with some of the best service I’ve experienced with any company. Very responsive and informative to my many questions , even throughout what I would have thought to be non working hours! It’s always a good sign when you see someone take so much pride in their work as if it were thier own home. I’ve never seen my furnace room so tidy with a clean install that just shows thier attention to detail. Prices were the most competitive as well. Top value and quality, can’t go wrong!

This team was amazing to work with very communicative, professional and the work was excellent. I appreciated the attention to detail, they really improved some existing work when replacing our ac unit. Zach and Trevor did a great job. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Our furnace broke mid January on a Friday evening during a weekend stretch of -30 degree weather. The company in which we had our old furnace was unable to repair our unit, and had no means of helping us manage the cold until a new furnace was put in. A sales rep came out later that afternoon and went over a new installed furnace and costs. Not knowing anything we went over the options and got quotes. Before signing on the line, a friend recommended Mr. Home Comfort so we gave them a call. Within minutes, we were quoted a BETTER unit, at $1400.00 less.Mr. Home Comfort also did the entire install for the price quotes, where as the company we had in our home only sold us the unit, and each additional issue that came up they were adding additional charges. Better drain pump, 200$, duct work,200$ etc. All of these Mr.Home Comfort, took care without racking up the bill.Above all else, the crew showed up on time the day of. They were friendly, professional, quick, clean and all around great guys. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone for any home comfort needs!

Ryan, who I dealt with for the estimate and his team at MR Home Comfort installed a shut off valve with a quick release on my meter for a natural gas portable generator. Right from the beginning on requesting a quote, the service was excellent and the installer did a fantastic job. They told me when they would arrive and were on time. They were really professional and nice to deal with. The cost of the work was also very reasonable. I have a HVAC company that does annual maintenance and they were not interested in the small job. Will be switching all my HVAC needs to MR Home Comfort after this. Can't recommend this company enough, so a big thank you to them for everything.
