Amazing service! Got a cute pair of Tiffany frames and Acuvue contacts at a reasonable price. Didn’t have a prescription on me so they did a quick check up. My frames were ready to pick up in less than 24 hours!

I went to New Focus Optical recently to buy a new pair of sunglasses, and was amazing by the selection and variety that they have in store. Really great and affordable prices for brand name sunglasses and glasses. The staff their are also very helpful in assisting me with choosing the perfect pair. Everyone was really kind and courteous regardless of how busy the store was. Will definitely be visiting again soon for my next pair.

I broke my Versace eyeglass frames and searched online and went to more that 10 different optical stores none did repairs. It seems that everyone just wanted to sell me a new pair. Well I wasn’t ready to spend another $700. After 1 hr in pacific mall last week going into many optical stores I was about to leave when right by the south exit doors I saw 2 more eyeglass stores so I went in and was so happy when the lady said yes we can fix it. Im wearing them right now and I’m very happy I only paid $50

Sunlife has blacklisted this place because they've committed too much benefits fraud. Of course they'll tell you to pay first then submit it later manually.

Recently got my glasses from this place and I must say the service was great.They have a wide variety of frames and a optician on site so you can do your eye exam, which I got mine for free because I purchased frames!In addition, the service is super fast. I personally recieved my eyeglasses after a day and when I did, I had a small issue with them and the store only took less than an hour to fix it.Overall my experience was great. The person who helped me was a girl (I didn't get her name) with golden round glasses, so thank you for that. I would come here again for future purchases.

This place WILL SCAM YOU!In 2022 they were caught by many benefits providers for benefits fraud. There is a good chance that your benefits will not cover anything they offer. They knowingly have this information and keep it from customers and continue to sell glasses and sunglasses as Final Sale"When we submitted a New Focus Optical claim to our benefits

Customer service was fantastic!! The place was packed with customer when i went but they made time for me to find my pair. Sales there spent the time to help me find the pair that fit me best and suggested the type of lens I should be using. They also repaired my gucci frame i bought from them a couple months ago for free!

If I could rate a Zero I would. There is some sort of scam going on. Will never do business with this company again. Ordered new glasses and prescription sunglasses over a month ago. Was told the would be in 10 days. Their was a supposed problem. Received call finally after 30 days that glasses were finally in with 5 days left in year. To late to order from somwhere else to have covered by insurance this year. Upon going to pick up glasses we paid on Mastercard. They wouldn't give us insurance receipt unless they refunded our Mastercard and we paid on another credit card or debit. What? We need to refund you and you pay another way. What kind of scam is this. Got refund on deposit and left. Horrible suspicious business practice.
