What a great experience with Gold Leaf Windows and Doors. I had 7 windows and 1 door replaced in one day. Oleg and the team delivered everything that was promised at the point of ordering. So impressed with the installers, efficient, professional - they won’t disappoint. Already thinking about next year’s order. Highly recommend.

Oleg and his team were fantastic to work with and we are thrilled with the finished product. The timing was significantly faster than all the other quotes I got, and the windows and exterior trim work look great! Their experience really came through in the design and installation. Oleg and the install team were wonderful to work with. Oleg is not only friendly but knowledgeable, and reliable. The install went on schedule and completed on time. We even had a last minute idea for a bedroom window, and he helped us adjust our project. We also got financing with them, which really made it easy. In addition, Oleg made sure we had what we need for our government rebate.The installers replaced all the windows in our house and it looks great! They are hardworking, polite and humble. Super crew and super tidy as well.We are very happy to recommend them! Great price, great experience!

Updated my review since we've finally moved from the house. We were pressured by Oleg to partake in his services quickly in order to secure prices". We were constantly pressured to give him top reviews in order to get discounts as well.The work looks great but after some time we noticed issues. We still had a lot of air coming through the doors. The double-door locks keep jiggling unlocked as the doors are opened and closed so you have to constantly check to make sure the locks were secure or else your double-doors end up being very un-secure.I wouldn't recommend the company based on the pressure to use their services and to give them a top review. There are much better door/window companies out there that won't pressure you like this. This is why they have so many 5-star reviews. It's like the mobile games that give you a reward for giving them a 5-star review."

From the consultation, selection, scheduling to installation I was impressed by the level of communication and commitment to satisfaction. Chose this company before I decided to sell and the new owners will have a great new door and I know who I’m calling when I need doors or windows at my new home!

Oleg was fantastic to work with - great guy!! He did our windows and my dad’s as well. Very professional, provided a fair price and completed the projects within the agreed upon timeline. Windows are grey quality. Would highly recommend!

Oleg and his team did a great job with the consultation and window install. Although there were a couple hitches in the road (normal stuff), they did a great job at communicating with me and ensuring the job was done right - they even came back to help me out with a sticky back door a couple weeks after the job was done with no hassle.Special thank you to Oleg, and installers Peter and Michael for all your hard work it is much appreciated.

Oleg was the best sales person ever! he helped us understand the financing options in detail and also visited us patiently a couple of times to finalize the designs. They were very punctual and delivered before time.The installation team did an absolutely marvelous job, left no damages to the walls or anything and cleaned up after.They were really hardworking and the end result looked stunning! My living room looks brand new with these windows and new door!I would highly recommend going with Gold leaf since they delivered what they promised.

Unfortunately there is no zero star option, worst customer service, received wrong door and kitchen window on April 30th and main door was removed without checking and matching with our order, main entrance was blocked with panel wood for ONE MONTH!!just to remind furnace was on at time of removal and don't forget safety hazard as scape exit is BLOCKED ! We were cool starting as expected to be rush order and get it done within 1 week which never happen . Oleg most unprofessional person can you deal with it .DO NOT recommend at all as Oleg is not a responsible person . Please do your survey before doing business with them . I believe in Karma and sure Oleg will get . We spent $23 on doors and windows and with such inconvenience just got $600 discount, unbelievable!!Veronica, this is regarding Po#480 if you wondering who i am as my husband signed the contract ...My door pic is attached which was ONE MONTH , you can judge yourself
