Verry honest people but did the hair color what color they wanted to do, not the color i said to do, and cut face wrong. You would think they would want the work instead of rufusing the next time i went.

This was easily the fastest haircut I’ve ever gotten, about 8 minutes, and looking at my hair it’s pretty obvious. Don’t know which stylist I had since she never told me her name, she was too busy trying to convince me to dye my hair (I have black hair that is turning snow-white, Thanks for making me even more self conscious about that than I already am). After I said no to the dyeing she was noticeably ruder to me and clearly just wanted to move on to the next person. Definitely won’t be going back here.

Never go to a First Choice, ever, period.I have tried a few in various locations and they are all the same. That is to say, absolute trash. But I had the worst cut here.The price is same as any other decent salon or barbershop out there. So it's not like you're saving money either. You are paying the same for a cut of much, much worse quality.My last and final cut here left my hair all uneven. I didn't realize it in the shop because of how it was styled and presented. But once I got home and showered it was clear that my right and left sides were of uneven length, especially in the back. It is distinctively noticeable and I can even feel the difference without touching or combing it.I didn't go back to get it fixed because I didn't want it butchered further. If you love your hair, do yourself a favor and stay far away from First Choice. Won't go here even if it was the last salon on earth.

My hairdresser retired so I asked a friend who cuts her hair. She said Jessica, at First Choice, Bedford, TD Bank Plaza. I tend to get my hair cut as soon as I see it start to curl. I phoned First Choice to see if Jessica was working and if they were busy. I was happy to hear she was there and they were not busy. You can't make appointments and just take your chances. I drove directly to the shop and Jessica was available. I explained what I wanted and she gave me a wonderful cut. She is very talented and social. I will bea First Choice (Jessica) client for quite a while.

Love the staff..very friendly environment. Both my children have autism and actually do well here. Great people and great prices. Highly recommend.

Did not have a great experience with my daughter there. They were not very friendly and the hair dresser struggled to cut my daughters bangs…I had to ask her to fix them. It looked like a child cut her hair.

I got my hair cut by Ashley and was very happy with it! She was so friendly, comfortable to be around and chat with and my hair turned out even better than what I had hoped. She followed exactly what I wanted but made it look so good! She will do exactly what you ask for which I appreciate. The owner was also friendly and had a good sense of humour. Would definitely recommend booking with Ashley and coming here overall! :)

Aleisha is the best hairdresser out there. Always does an amazing job and makes me feel like new everytime she gives me a fresh cut. She also does an amazing job with color!. 10/10
