I was skeptical purchasing and working with fabric for the first time but had a project that I needed to complete. After months of putting it off, I finally decided to purchase, and after days of researching for the right fabric to use, found it through Overseas Fabrics and for a reasonable price.I am glad I purchased from them and I'm well pleased with the quality of the fabric, the care taken in shipping and customer support when dealing directly with Mr. Singh. He is an outstanding gentleman, who was very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed speaking with him and pray that this family business will continue to prosper in the coming years. I just received my order. Although it's raining endlessly, my parcel was packaged beautifully, securely and was waterproof. I also appreciate that you wrapped it in the Warm and Natural" batting paper

Prices are great and the selection is even greater! I went in not really knowing what I wanted but the kind man helped me pick out a beautiful fabric for a project and even gave me a discount! I will definitely be back :)

I have been sewing for under a month. This was my first visit to the shop. The amazing employees here (Jessica, Satnam, Des and G) helped me with absolutely EVERYTHING! I got great advice on fabrics and tools to help finish my project - a bed for my cat. I had enough fabric for that project plus more! I made potholders and scrunchie headbands from scraps. Excellent service and value! Will be visiting again soon.

So as I've mentioned many times before, I am a chef at r restaurant. In my quest for the seal I've been given the grace of management and the owners to extend my culinary skills to attain my red seal to the public for their enjoyment. As I am out of pocket for the entertainment, the atmosphere, the food, and the staff, not to mention my hours, I had to use my life skills to bring down my costs. Comparing the price of most tablecloths, it's very expensive. The only alternative was to use my skills as a tailor to create my own tablecloths. The folks said overseas fabric were absolutely amazing and helping me decide what color, what kind of fabric, how it is so, what thread to use, and anything else that I need to know that was taylor-based. The variety of fabrics available at overseas fabric is absolutely astounding. I mean like two floors and wall to wall variety of colors, fabrics, textures, patterns, accessories. It's easy to find stuff, the staff are very helpful, they treat you like family, and most of all they want you to succeed. Their prices are reasonable based on how much help they give you and the variety of stock that they have on hand to accommodate your needs. I recommend overseas fabric to anyone that is doing anything sewing or clothing or in my case table cloth based.
