Things have changed here in the last few months. Twice now I've been there and they tell me they only have 3 burger pattys left and no eggs. On the second visit I learned this is due to staff cleaning equipmemt early and not wanting to cook anymore. Missing order items have become a regular occurrence as well. It appears lack of management is the cause. Hope the owner reads this and acts so we can get back to the good food and service we are accustomed to from A&W!

Maybe it's just me, but the uncle burger seems smaller...maybe it's just because the one I had today was sitting around a little longer than usual. It was a little dry. Otherwise the meal was as expected. Actually, the onion rings weren't nearly as salty as they had been.

21-01-2023Sometimes the order is right sometimes it's not. I blame a language barrier.======================================14-02-2023Ordered 2 chubby chicken combos and an onion ring. I had a coupon for two chubby chicken combos for $15.99. With the rings and combos it should have been about $24, it was $34. She put;2 chubby chickens2 fries2 root beers1 onion ringNot as combos so I didn't get the discount. Didn't realise till I got home. She was really friendly but did not know how to properly input the order.======================================

Friendly staff, fast service and great atmosphere. Teen burger combo with fries were tasty where the fries could have been crispier.

I stopped at 9pm for a chicken burger, fries and onion rings. My order was ready too fast, and I said to my husband the bag feels cold. Arrived home min after to all cold, stale gross food. I called and the young man who served me said they don’t serve hot fresh food to every customer. When I told him I worked in the food industry for over 20 years and that is unacceptable he yelled loudly that I had no idea what I was talking about there’s no way every customer could get hot fresh food. This young man was rude, ignorant, yelled over me. I went back to get my money and will be speaking with management about their disgusting policies. Save your $$ do not eat here!!!

A&w is like any other a&w the difference is people that work there they were friendly my meal is done quickly the place was clean it was all around good experience.

Very unorganized couldn’t order a meal had to order everything separately. Had a 2 for 1 offer. but ended up having to pay full price for both. The wraps were also too small and bland. As well as ripped. Bad experience all in all

First time eating in a A and W. Got confused with the ordering and ended up ordering a small burger. It was still very nice. The meal I had was Buddy Buger, fries and regular cream shake
