I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I have at this Tranquille location. I don't know who or what that chick is but I've reported her to head office in Edmonton because of her extremely judgmental and rude comments. I've been researching cashco and it says right on their website...... NON JUDGEMENTAL....... yet, she was harshly rude and extremely JUDGEMENTAL. I'm not backing down from this...... she should not be working there!!!!!

They WILL perform a HARD hit on your credit report for a PAY DAY loan for new clients. This negatively affects your score!!! They should be clear and up front with clients before proceeding with an application.

They find ways to take $ from account but still ask for payment... and when called out on it. They respond with sorry but there is a surcharge... LEGAL THIEVES!go elsewhere!?VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS...I live close by, but Will never use there business again!!!
