Very nice workers!i had forgot my mask in the car and at the door i was offered a mask being told that i didnt have to go back to my car that they would gladly give me one and all that with kindness, ty ladies!I was well served and got myself a great round folding chair!The kids adore going there too because the karts are made in cars forms with 2 steering wheels they can play with while we shop! :)

Not many people speak english, which is no problem at all but i loved that they tried to, and was still able to help regardless of the language barrier. Big Thanks to the staff!!

Great service the personnel always trying to be helpful just 1 complaint I spent 1200$ and they still charge 100$ for delivery Damm!!

The store is always clean and there is often if not always someone to greet you at the door.They have a great variety of products. The prices are somewhat on the high side, but you will find what you need. The lumber is inside so you have no surprises on quality and price since it is well organised. Lots of plants and paving products, electrical appliances, decoration, they have it all.There is a lot's of employees but they somewhat often seem to be busy talking to each other. I've myself 'disturbed' some at many occasion. I even once have been throw around from on to the other to have simple indications to where something was...to end up the cashier serving me.The parking lot is huge and can accept a large truck and trailer with no problem. The store is very accessible and is just on the highway exit. So practical for a quick stop.

I went there to get new faucets. We asked for a worker to come help us. We waited around 15 mins and no one came. We ended up going to RONA where the service is way better!Bad Service! and so so prices…

I had a very bad experience with Home Depot's delivery service. Ordered 4 major appliances including a refrigerator that wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to be. I got the runaround for 4 days calling and waiting on the line and looking for where the refrigerator had gone to. The young lady Joanie (or child I should say) that works at Home Depot in Trois-Rivieres was very difficult to deal with as she was taking personally my dissatisfaction and I felt I was speaking to a child. She shouldn't be answering phones. Meanwhile, I had to feed my child and I in restaurants, etc. Got $80 compensation after having spent time on the phone and way more money eating out than a measly $80. I have remodeled my kitchen at Home Depot and was going on more home improvement projects with them but now I won't. I don't recommend Home Depot. Very disappointed!
