This Christmas I had a Gun Metal" BC Lions jersey from 2009 done up for my brother-in-law and it was perfect. It was also after the "Christmas deadline" but they had it done in time for me to have it under the tree anyways. I strongly encourage everyone who needs jersey work done to use Torchy! About two weeks ago I was out for a beer when I noticed a large group come in wearing Rider Jerseys, they looked extremely authentic and looked as though they had been customize to fit each individual with a nickname of their choosing, now I've just moved here but I was astounded at how well made these were and I went over to ask one of them, with a smile on his face who told me to follow him and right around the corner there it was, Torchy's. He told me I should go in for a look and I was instantly greeted by the owner who took care of me extremely well, he asked how he could help me, what I was looking for, and helped me customize my very first rider jersey with my last name, favorite number, shoulder number and large back, when I asked how long it would take to make the jersey his reply was only two-three weeks, which I found great seeing how hard he worked and how much he had to do. After all was said and done I looked around and saw a couple pictures of his family and knew that this was the kind of man that I could trust to handle my ideas and bring them to life

First time I was there he couldn’t press my jersey, tells me to get this thing out of here, but not before making me wait several minutes for him to finish his private conversation. Second time knowingly puts the wrong colour number on my jersey. Then the female clerk laughs about it, didn’t phone me to ask for permission or to tell me my jerseys were ready.

I was recommended Torchy's from a friend. Service and pickup date were great and accurate. However, my jersey was covered in dog hair. The jersey was for a gift and I had to go out of my way to go buy a lint roller and spend time cleaning all the hair up. I just want other customers to know this encase their family or friends have a pet allergy.
