Yesterday was my first time at this clean and professional Salon.Harold Gonzales, is very talented and an expert in the field of hairstyling, hairdressing and coloring!He is extremely personable and friendly.  Great communication, which is very important to me. I am truly pleased with his work. The cut as well as highlites were exactly what I asked for.I will definitely be returning as well as recommending his work and Collective Salon to other’s.Thank you Harold once again!

I’ve been going to Wissam for almost 28 years and he’s incredibly talented. My husband and son also go to him now.

I went to Hue for the first time yesterday and she is absolutely wonderful! My hair had multiple different tones in it and was very damaged from years of colouring it at home. She gave me the best hair cut I have ever had and managed to even out my base colour and still give me ash beige highlights without damaging my hair or having it turn an orange tone. Not realizing how much work it was going to be I didn't book the correct service but she still fit me into her schedule and stayed late to complete the job. Thank you so much Hue! Highly recommend )

Another perfect haircut at Collective by Wissam!!!! He just ALWAYS knows what to do! From the second I walk in to the amazing shampoo & scalp massage followed by his magic hair cut and style….I am never disappointed and always leave there feeling like my best self!!!! The salon is clean, easy to access and reasonably priced. If you want first class service at a five star salon with a master stylist, then this is the place for you! Thank you, Wissam!

Just a short note to say thank you to Wissam, the stylist whom I consider to be a ``master`` of cutting and styling hair. Wissam listens to what I want ,and he never fails to give me the perfect cut because he understands what cut best suits my hair texture and face. If you want a great cut and style, I highly recommend Wissam. His staff is very professional too.

Walked up in looking for a quick shave on my undercut. Wissam was super kind, welcoming and went above and beyond. Giving me a little design and a fresh crisp shave. I just feel awful that I didn't have cash on hand to tip him like he deserved because he wouldn't let me pay, just asked me to pay it forward. Such a great human, and I promise I have paid it forward and will continue to. Thank you for such a warm welcoming experience!

The salon is absolutely stunning and very careful with sanitizing stations between clients. This was my first appointment and Wissam did an amazing job. He was careful, professional, and did an amazing job on the cut and style. Will definitely be booking again when things reopen in the new year.

Love this salon. I go here for my hair and eyebrows and they have an amazing staff.Justine is an absolute MAGICIAN with hair! So much talent and she actually listens to what you want and goes above and beyond every time. She's gained my loyalty for life.Hands down, Gagan does the best eyebrow threading in the city. Completely transforms your face without straying from your natural shape. I've gotten so many compliments on my brows since I've started going to her!

I booked 4 appointments in totall with Hue for Balayage and then toner. I spoke to her prior to my very first appointment and made sure that she know what color and style I’m looking for, and she assured me that she can do it. I have dark hair and I knew that it’s not gonna be like the picture in the first session, but I expected the placement of the highlights to be right! The color was awful from the beginning and never got any closer to what I wanted after 3 toner sessions, but it’s not even close to how horrible was the look of the highlights and their placements; some sort of thin, needle-like highlights that looked ancient! I went back and asked her to dye the whole thing so no highlights were visible, she never apologized and instead she gave me so much attitude and excuses including: I didn’t want the highlights to disappear after one haircut so instead of a balayage that’s at the bottom of your hair I made needle highlights from your scalp!! I was crying for a week and she never apologized.I went back 3 or 4 times for toner on the worst highlights that she did for me; I was basically going to cover the ugly highlights, not for toner, honestly! And every time she gave me so much attitude and shots that I don’t know what I want, but she does, or why I booked my appointments online instead of calling her (all the appointments were her availabilities but she was upset why I booked the one that works for my schedule).Aside from her being so nosy and asking personal questions; the last session of my toner, she told me that I didn’t need toner “after she did the toner” and then charged me twice. I didn’t notice until I got home and decided to give up the whole thing but never face her again.She’s not professional in her behaviors nor her profession. I gave them so many chances and spent around $1000 there, all hoping for a different experience this time. I wrote all this because I also read reviews and chose her based on those reviews. I really don’t know who wrote those good reviews but I don’t want anyone to have my experiences.I also had 4 haircuts with Wissam. The first haircut was absolutely great, but the next 3 ones were far from the first one. In general, his haircuts were average and I think the price was too much for that haircut.Also, as the founder of the salon, when I told him my dissatisfaction about the color service that I did there, he didn’t listen and started complimenting the service and that I’m wrong!
