OK Tire Commercial

Got stuck in Kamloops with a bad triple axle trailer.Rob and his guys appraised the issues fixed the problem on time and on budget.Returned safely to Calgary and still use a safe trailer.Would highly recommend these folks to anyone.I would send my grandmother there without reservation.

Great same day service called for a full set of tires at 8 am had me back on the road in couple hoursWent threw my vehicle and showed me some minor issues fixed then for meHighly recommend them as a small car repair shop

Was told the truck was ready to be picked up. Total price of the work done not effectively communicated-price was 1000 more than expected. Inspection paper and and sticker not on vehicle had to wait an hour for the truck to be inspected again and had to ask to have inspection document signed. Front desk man unaware of how long inspection is good for. Various problems with work that had been done (lights flickering, breaks not adjusted properly, truck not handling well even through an alignment had been done). Dangerous. You would think that work being done for a government inspection would be done correctly especially $3000 worth.TL;DR: Poor communication, work done incorrectly.

I needed to get my winter tires studded and mounted. I called around to a few places, and OK Tire (mission flats) had by far the best price. Not only was it affordable, the service is fantastic. Very quick, and efficient. I picked a very busy time to have the service done, and they got me in right away without question. Highly recommend!!

Quick turnaround and fair. I have many commercial vehicles / trailers and these guys always work with me to get me going again.

I have never had a bad experience when dealing with OK Tire Commercial. The work is done quickly and their price is always fair. Tyler Sales is the owner/operator and he is great to talk to. I have been taking all of my personal and work tire business to OK for the past few years and I do not plan on going anywhere else. If you haven't already done so, I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Tyler and his team were absolutely amazing!! From the moment my wife called to us getting the service needed was seamless. Rob the technician was friendly and professional! Tyler made the effort to come say hi to us and instantly felt like a valued customer. As others have commented the quick appointment time and value were very much appreciated. We also had to wait as we live 1.5 hours away. We were in and out super quick! Ok Tire on Mission Flats is my new tire store. Quality, value and good customer service is what we all look for in all businesses. Today we found it with Tyler and his crew.I am one to read reviews and I hope you do too. I found the 2 people who gave 1 star with no comment. How are they going to improve if you don’t tell them?? It makes me think there is no way it was for this OK Tire!Tyler and Rob. We were travelling to Alberta and had a nail in the tire of our Corolla and had to stop in Kamloops for the night. This company was open early the next morning so we called right away and they were beyond accommodating! Super friendly, quick service and had us on our way in literally MINUTES!! Very highly recommend!

I am pleased to post this review of this company and its staff, for the work performed, and their above and beyond customer service experience.Had the pleasure of dealing first hand with the Owner, Tyler, who helped in making the experience more then I've found in Kamloops in a long time.Service was excellent, prompt, and done it the first time.Cost was well below any other stores in town, which I price checked against all that morning.Highly recommended and will definitely be my new go to for all my family's and company's future service work. Please check this hidden gem out and I promise you will not be let down in any way.
