Horrible staff! Mainly Deanna who controls everything.Don't buy a home in this neighborhood if you expect access to lake!! Deana will do everything in her powers to not allow tenants or residents their passes.

Love this lake! Lots of space and the water is fantastic! There’s tons of grass space to play other sports and have a picnic. Fantastic!

We have been living in the neighborhood for 11 years and it is always nice to visit the lake and all the staff are respectful and very nice. beautiful place to meet yourself. love it.

Cool lake however not enough shade for basket ball court and water is kinda nasty with random hair and stuff. Also kinda stinks

Awesome private little lake, so lucky to live in Midnapore. Swimming, pedalboating, sledding, skating and friendly staff. Perfect for a family day out!
