Katie has such a talent for seeing beyond the usual and creating ideas to make our home truly unique and special. Surprisingly, many of her ideas actually were less expensive than our original plans. She streamlined aspects of our design with a simple and elegant vision, eliminating redundancies and unnecessary features that resulted in a less expensive and more beautiful end product. As an added bonus, Katie is a joy to work with! What an asset to our small community!

Super helpful advice! We did a consult with Katie about our basement remodel. We went into the consult with a plan that we thought would work. But after talking with Katie, we actually came out with a little different plan. And we are way more excited about the new plan! Her plan just flowed better and made more sense for how our family will use the space. I'm so glad we talked to her first! Remodeling is so much work... You want to do it right the first time!

We were fortunate to find such an outstanding professional when we were looking for someone to help us with some designs for our existing home. She was very attentive to our requests and incorporated every single request we had. She even made some very valuable suggestions that will make the project even better.
