Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic Port Coquitlam

UPDATED. SEP 2021 It has been less than a year and my mom is currently on her 2nd mask. The first mask lasted less than 6 months which they did warrant but was told at the time there would be no further warranties? The second mask is $269 but they give you $100 off if you return it. So in less than a year 2 masks and not very happy. My mother is 84 years old and has had a c pap for 20+ years. I have never experienced such poor quality products to date. Her last mask with regular cleaning etc lasted for years and years. I don't understand why the masks at Snore MD keep getting cracked hoses at the base of the mask?I am changing my rating on the product to a 1 Star but the people that work there are still 5 stars they are all really really nice and I know this is not their fault.ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS 5 STARS...I was in need of a new C Pap machine for my elderly mother in a care home. Due to covid I did not want to take my mom out to look for a new one. As I did not know enough about these machines I called several places and didn't really seem to get the information or service I needed. I called Snore MD and they were amazing! Full of information and very very accommodating as I had to change my appointments a few times (thanks Maggie). My mom is all set up, and Thomas and The team are looking after EVERYTHING. It has been very trying for me transitioning to wearing my CPAP for the full duration of the evening due to having claustrophobia. SnoreMD has been extremely helpful and expressed this issue is real and will take time and not to give up. Lots of suggestions have been given as well as taking the time to make sure the right mask is being used. I am thankful for there words and care as they know how much my sleep can improve if I don’t give up.

****update**** nothing to report. Just wanted to put it out there that Kelly's customer service is amazing and never disappoints me when I come in. Please make her CEO already. Thanks again.Kelly was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. I felt like the customer service here was much better than I've had at my other location. Will be coming back to Kelly in the near future for all my cpap needs. Thank you!

The clinic is client centred, unlike a previous clinic I'd tried. I felt well-treated. Despite repeatedly rejecting mask styles, I was encouraged to find one that actually fit. Finally, I found one I could keep. Highly recommended

Very easy process. Very happy with the loaner CPAP machine for the last 2 weeks. No one has had to hear my snoring and I don't wake up sleepy and with nausea from extreme hunger. All of that was gone after day one.Cannot wait to turn in the loaner and purchase my brand new machine.

Amazing customer service. They really care about your experience, your health and getting you situated with the appropriate equipment. I struggled for years and have never slept better. I highly recommend Snore MD. The communication was like no other.

I was hesitant to go in at first and get tested for a CPAP machine. I am now kicking myself i didn't do this long time ago. It's only been two weeks but I feel way better! Both Maggie and Thomas have been wonderful and extremely helpful. They have made this journey super easy and comfortable. I fully recommend going in and doing the easy testing if you are thinking about it.

Sam was amazing at explaining everything and following up weekly to make sure I was ok and answering any questions. It has been 6 weeks and I am feeling so much better. Not falling asleep at my desk losing weight & able to walk longer distances to keep up with my grandson. Thank you Sam & SnoreMD you have been a godsend!
