I called NATG after a film crew unplugged and moved my work computer in our Langley location of Tracycakes Bakery Cafe and in about an hour- after being closed for filming for two days- in walked Karl of NATG! He was helpful and knew how to figure out what had happened and he went the extra mile and then the extra mile again! Thanks NATG (and Karl) for all you did to get my company up and running smoothly once again!

I hired this company to do some work for our company for the first time the guy tech took 1.5 to get to our location which is so simple to find when he showed up and spent 1.5 hours on suite. the programming was wrong. the company ended up charging me for the time the tech got lost. and i wanted them to return and program the system that i requested and 2 months later all i keep getting is a bill for the tech being lost when we gave them the correct address. there is a saying first impression. left me with a bad taste. i will never use this company ever again our phone system is still not working correctly still. talk about very bad service! and no honest business practice.

Very bad experience. As the owner of business of myself, I normally don’t like to give the other company bad review because the reviews are very important for the company. I just bought a restaurant in Langley, call NATG for service. The girl who helped me out said there would be charge of $150 for standard service fee. The tech came and spend 2 hours with shaw tech. When they left, the phone line was working but very bad backgrounds noisy. It was Friday, around 5:30 pm, our phone line was out of service , so we lost the sale for that either night. I called Shaw cable, they sent tech back again on next day morning as urgent services. Shaw cable tech make the phone line work with passing by the NATG. Few days later , I received their invoice of $400+. I called the company to ask why we have no service. I told that to find out why. I don’t mind to pay the bill. The problem is I paid $400 for nothing. The company blamed probably it’s the old machine and if they sent the tech again . They may charge me again and amount is unknown too. What a bad experience.

Worst company: rude, incompetent, overcharges - stay away. It took weeks for them to finally adjust the invoice for part of the overcharge which the women in the admin dept were unwilling to do. Terrible.

Horrible services...The owner has very bad attitude and doesnt mind ripping you off..not a good character at all!!!! Will take your money and run..
