It’s great when they stay open for their posted hours. I went to Chopped Leaf (3 kms away) as subway closed at least 45 minutes before their posted closing time and this is not the first time this has happened.

The machine asked me for a tip" option AFTER I tapped my debit. It took 45 seconds to make a 6inch sub. What do you want a tip for?"

Family visited today on the way back from the Penticton dinosaur show. 2 young gentlemen working there seemed visibly upset we were ordering subs. No smiles, made us feel Uncomfortable. Less than average food and now some of us are sick. Will never return.

They closed in the middle of lunch for a break. When they came back and opened the door we were in a line waiting for service. Ordering went well I ordered a smashed avocado and turkey sub. Went to the lake to enjoy the sub but to my disappointment the sub tasted rotten my wife and I couldn’t eat it we have to throw it out.

Usually my favorite Subway,but tonight it took longer then ever and Anita doesn't even know how much to put on the subs. I recieved half the meat I usually get on a turkey sub,but didn't speak up because she was so damn slow I didn't want it to take any longer. Don't leave people on their own until they are properly trained please!!!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Open 1 day a week at best. Absolute joke. Please close down and let a real food place open up. Disgraceful.

The last two times I've gone there they have been out of multiple vegetables. Pretty tough to order a salad when you only have pickles and banana peppers.
