I should have know better.When I called to get information about repairing my pressure washer and got into an endless wait on line. When I arrived 5 staff sanding around and still didn't get served. ( all not wearing masks even when the municipal regulations say they must. , also the sign on the door)Spoke with the 3 times. Each time people were rude. Paid for a quote and at the end the gave me a guess. Saying maybe more depending on time. Not sure why they charged me to get and quote and then say it's a guesstimate.If you can find somewhere else to go, I would recommend that.

Terrible service waste of time if you like tennis and ping pong this is a place for you. Avoid them the way the cup has been avoiding the leafs.

It took them a month to repair my lawnmower. They were poor in communicating how long it would take, they were rude when I asked for a status update and when I asked them not to fix anything extra, they seemed shocked. In the end, they the job properly, but their communication skills are seriously lacking.

30 to 45 days of wait for a carburetor... I wish someone have told me that prior to spending hours in traffic to get there.

Garbage company, charged me 100$ to repair my rigid drill, then called me back after 4 weeks to tell me it will cost another 100 to repair it and offer no guarantee. 200$ to repair a drill with no guarantee when a new drill costs 130$ with a lifetime guarantee. when I said No I just want my drill back, they refused to even tell me what piece needed to be replaced, or give me any kind of receipt for the work done. Atrocious!

Was referred by HOME DEPOT to process a snow blower warranty repair and all they did was invoice 1 hour of work ($103) without any repair and then quoting $335 to repair it when the snow blower was purchased 2 months prior at $849 . This company is a fraud . Took it to Multi Moteurs in Rawdon . $35 in total
