I had a key cut here and it didn’t work the first time. They recut the key at no cost. It works now.

I phoned ahead to see if they could do what I needed, they said yes and they could do it while I was there with no wait. When I went there they said they could do it but it would take a few hours. They phoned a few hours later to say they couldn't do what they said they could (fairly simple plaque on trophy). When I asked why they told me twice that they could do it and wasted my time their answer was that they have lots of new staff that they can't possibly train fast enough...Avoid.

Horrible rude staff. I have been getting gifts engraved for years and recommended this place many times. Picked up a gift today and they spelled Grandpa wrong. When I questioned it I was made to feel bad that they misspelled it. Never again will I return and will recommend people not to waste your money. Unbelievable that staff can treat customers that way.

They should offer a partial refund if they damage your item / poorly engrave something.

One of my worse retail experience. The front staff did not know how to use the computer system and after 30 mins called another store for help. When they damaged a product I already paid for, they argued and then offered to replace it, but then they magically" lost the information and at that time could not fix their mistake. The "store manager" agreed it was their mistake but said her "authority" limits any reimbursement and said her distract manager will call me which she has never done till this day."

Went to get an anniversary plaque done. Wanted the wedding date - June 17

I have purchased many items from this store over several years. I find sometimes choices are somewhat limited - depending what I'm looking for.I have never had one mistake and always fast personal and courteous service!Well done!Jody

Things went well until they made a mistake on the engraving. It was up t me to get a new item to be redone which I understand. They were supposed to reimburse me, but ended up billing my credit card rather than reimbursing me.After a total of 6 visits (should have taken 2) and the 3 hours it took to get the new bow, have it strung, and go back to be reimbursed, I asked to have the bow engraving portion refunded ($50) of my $150 engraving bill, they said absolutely not. It was the same employee that mistakenly BILLED my credit card rather than refunding, she was a witch about it. I should mention when I was refunded" the amount initially I mentioned to her it appeared she billed me rather than crediting me - and she said nope it's totally fine. Based on her (lack of) customer service skill and the axe she has to grind - I think she poorly represents the company."

If you spend $40 you will get a $10 coupon for your next purchase. So if you are buying more than one item, pay for them separately, then apply the $10 on your next item since things are quite over priced.They will not tell you this to help you out.I made the mistake of buying 2 items at once and when I suggested that they tell customers that, clerk Cavell T. somewhat rudely said it is I cannot advise you how to make purchases.

Place has permanently closed down with no sign mentioning why.
