Don’t ever use their pharmacy. Every time I go there they can’t find my script or it’s shorted. 30 minutes to pick up a script. The pharmacists are clueless. And you want to diagnose ailments now. Ahahahaha

“PHARMACY” provided terrible service! Nobody acknowledged me while standing in line.When I finally do have attention, pharmacy technician kept asking “where did you get this?” -referring to my prescription slip.It clearly states the hospital information on top.Technician calls me stating “We can’t fill this prescription, need to verify with doctor.” When I return, pharmacist accuses me of photocopying, stated this is not a prescription.They did not attempt call the hospital, treated me like a criminal.They let me leave without pain medication after shoulder surgery.T E R R I B L E S E R V I C E !I will NEVER support the Upper Sherman/Stonechurch Shopper’s location.*I have left many other reviews, this was just terrible service and accusations.

Since this Upper Sherman location has changed, owners, the pharmacy has deteriorated so badly. I feel so bad for the pharmacy staff. They are working so hard and you can see they are trying their best, but are fighting a losing battle with this terrible terrible new owner- pharmacist. Since May 30 when my physician increased the dose, they have been unable to fill my prescription for more than a couple of weeks at a time.

Pharmacists have no clue whats happening couldn't be more upset Aweful service absolutely awful confused staff Sent me running around hamilton for my prescription because they sent it off to another location without contacting me for approval.

So i went the other day to grab some multi-vitamins and i have a habit of looking at the expiry date before i purchase anything. I checked multiple items only to find out that most of the mare expired. I told one of the employees and she said that they check them at least once a month and that she would bring it to the managers attention. I went again yesterday and this is what was on the shelf. I guess these Shelves weren't checked for 3-4 months I'd say? (The expiry date on this multivitamin is December 2018)

Pharmacy always very slow - can't do phone refills because numbers on prescription bottles are written over logo and can't see them. Trying to reach someone in pharmacy requires a hold of over 25mins with the automated voice one moment pleaae". Get frustrated and hang up."

Amazing staff at the pharmacy, a pharmacist named Manju helped me a lot when I went to pickup my mom’s medicines after her knee replacement surgery. She was so patient, I kept asking her lots of questions and she wrote me all the answers and all instructions on each pill jar. I highly recommend that pharmacy.

Popped into this location to get out of the rain, while waiting for a bus on January 4, 2023. I bought a bag of Werthers Original Caramel popcorn (Seed Cluster variety)".Just opened it and notice that the best-before date is November 30

It's a well laid out, clean and decent size store with a good selection of products and services to choose from. Unfortunately, they lack a post office department. The service was friendly, courteous and timely. FYI: NO indoor photos are allowed to be taken here. Do so at your own risk.
