Rain & Sunny Chinese Noodles

Was very excited to see an authentic Chinese restaurant in London. I ordered takeout 30 mins prior to closing time and it was ready in 10 mins. Had the cucumber with garlic sauce and it was delicious. Ordered the spicy beef sliced noodle which comes as a soup with handmade rice noodle, bok choy and cilantro. Would be nice if there was a bit more bok choy in the soup. The soup itself was extremely salty to the point where my lips were drying out while eating it. It was basically inedible. It is evident that all of the flavours are there but it’s a shame that they haven’t learned this from their previous reviews, especially since this is the one of the very few authentic Chinese restaurants in the city. The chef should be tasting the food as they are cooking to avoid this issue.

Stopped here for lunch during a quick site visit in London. The portions are big, the price is reasonable! We got the lotus root salad, the spicy intestine casserole and the lamb with sesame sauce soup noodles. The noodles are super thick and the soups are flavourful. The lotus root salad was on the sweeter and sour side than spicy but still good nonetheless. I liked the intestines in the spicy soup! I wish there were more veggies in it than noodles

Really enjoyed the food. The hand cut noodles were fresh and bouncy. Very generous portions and friendly staff. Got N5 the braised beef with brown sauce and noodles and N11 chilli oil with noodles. Both were very flavourful and would recommend.

Wow! Found this gem because we really craved Chinese noodle. So glad we came here. Now we can get our noodle fix without driving to Kitchener or Toronto. Delicious traditional Chinese noodle. The noodles are hand pulled and hand sliced depending on which one you order, they are both super fresh. Their home made chilli oil is amazing too! Will definitely come back again!

We ordered spicy rice noodle and knife cut noodle, both of them are delicious, and it reminds me my mom’s cooking, the soup is excellent, I don’t think they added msg, the price is reasonable too. Will definitely visit again

Very authentic noodles bowls. Perfect for when you are not well. The Lamb noodles made in sesame sauce is a MUST TRY. I am not a huge fan of dishes that are served cold, but that's just my preference. 5 stars.

The noodles are so good ! The pancakes are also amazing! Would highly recommend.
