Avoid this location!!! The service is terrible and pretty inhuman. They don’t allow an 8 months pregnant woman to wait in a chair, I had to wait outside in an extreme cold. Even thought Ontario human right commission clearly stated everyone MUST accommodate any need from a pregnant woman , they refuse to lend the bathroom!! They are all insensitive men… MORE EMPATHY!!! This is canada not the Middle East where you clearly are from. RESPECT AND VALUE WOMEN!!

I went to apply for health-card as a new immigrant the process was so quick even though it’s busy. Moreover if you book an online appointment and fill your form online it would lesser time than 10 mins I could say… Finally had a great and quick service Thank you Team 220NORTH SERVICE RAOD.

Went to this location to apply Ontario health card and the entire process was smooth. This office open at 8:30 AM and I had an appointment at the same time. Before going it’s better to fill the form and take it with you to finish the process really quick. It took just 5 minutes for me to get the work done.

Ontario should make a better effort in hiring people who actually want to work. I’m sorry but if you’re open until 5pm your door should not be locked at 4:50pm. This is a service that we all pay for in taxes if it’s not 5pm you should still be open. Get better management please

My experience at this Service Ontario location was great, systematic process and friendly staff including the person at the security.The only thing is that the website should offer appointment options for all the services they provide so that we don't have to wait outside.

Went to this location for health card. The process was soo smooth. I have an appointment at 11:30 but i reached early. So i was done by the time of 11:30.
