Great shopping at this location and the whole outlet was on sale with 30% off and more for certain items.Clothing seemed to he well made and they had a great selection was able to get a lot of items would go back again.

Went to the store to return a gift my mom got for her birthday. We had the receipt and gift receipt. But, they have new covid policy (not posted anywhere in the store) to refuse returns without tags (dad had removed the tag because it was a gift). We would have stayed and shopped but it's always something with this location. Last time we went, the clerk condescendingly explained to us how we needed to show the email to get the special discount. We were fine with it and on our way (cuz we didn't have the email on us) when the clerk called us back to the counter to talk to us like idiots in front of other customers. I'm done.

Love this store. Customer service has always been great. They don't carry any petite sizes here which is unfortune. But able to order online and return if need be.

Great consistent customer service - This review is for Kamaljot in the Morgan crossing location. Kamaljot helped me to complete my exchange and purchases in two separate visits. I am very impressed with her knowledge and her initiative to spend time helping a clueless customer to complete his missions. Over a year ago I was dealing with another salesperson in this location and she turned me off. I chose to go to other eBauer stores tho the Morgan crossing location is closest to me. Now Kamaljot has saved my confidence and I will shop there again. You rock Kamaljot.

I question products which are made in china with respect to quality but this outlet is fantastic has a lot of variety and with 2 ladies who are very hospitable. They helped us out and gave us some tips on outer wear.The products are good and range from around 60$ - 300$ with most on sale currently.Note - All the products and sizes shown on their webpage are available here.
