Eiffel Tower B Apartments

This was my first apartment and it is a great building, and has a great landlord as well. She always keeps on top of the cleaning in the building and I could contact her if I ever needed anything. Not only is it a great building but it's also located in a very good area of Winnipeg. Close to downtown as well as being close to shopping areas and conveniently having a Safeway and Shell Gas Station right across the street. 10/10 recommend living here.

My good friend and I moved in last week. From the initial meet to signing the lease paperwork, Gerlinde is a pleasure to deal with. She is friendly, kind and caring. We were promised a December 1st move in, and we were allowed to move in a few days prior to the promised date as a gracious move in. We are thrilled with the renovations, and are so pleased to call this place home.

We recently visited Eiffel Tower B apartments and were shown a suite by Gerlinde, the resident manager. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the building and by the friendliness and professionalism displayed by Gerlinde. Excellent management at Eiffel Tower B. newly renovated flats- this place is so convenient I love it here! Safeway grocery store right out front of the building- Dollarama store- Gas station - No Frills grocery store 3mins away- walking distance from the Forks- Shoppers 7mins walk- located near downtown area- yet still nice and quiet feel- the rooftop pool is perfect for summer days in Winnipeg. Property manager, Gerlinde, takes really good care of the building. She’s super nice, helpful & efficient. Overall great building to live in.

Ive been here since January 2019..I was going through a life crisis and needed to move quickly into Eiffel Tower B..Gerlinde the manager was caring and understanding and worked diligently to get me in as soo as possible..I enjoy my renovated apartment..the other tenants on my floor are kind and pleasant..Gerlinde is terrific..she is always there when you need her..she is very efficient and takes your concerns seriously..you see her everyday cleaning and she always smiles and says hello.I feel safe, secure and and at home here.The carpets and floors are always spotless and ive had family and friends visit and they are impressed with how inviting the front lobby is.Ive recommended this apartment block to friends who are looking for a great place to live.

I have nothing but good things to say about Globe Property and my apartment at La Tour Eiffel B.I needed a place quickly and that was convenient for myself and my girls. It is near their school and right across the street from Safeway. Being a newly single mom of three small children this was the perfect stepping stone. It provided us with safety, convenience and so many great amenities. The resident manager was welcoming from the start and is always there when you need her with a smile on her face. I highly recommend this place for all ages, any stage of your life.

I've lived here for over two years, there isn't enough good things I can say about it. The landlady is amazing and is such a hard worker, she keeps this place in running order and is super approachable. The site is always clean and taken care of. My neighbours are fantastic, we have a little community here, everyone's children get a long, there's no issues with parties, or loud, rude people. Now that all the renovations are done the suites are looking amazing, nice new floors, cabinets, carpets, balconies and windows.

Recently a good friend and I moved into the building. The experience has been so welcoming and everything we were looking for. The building manager Gerlinde is exceptional at her job!

I am currently a resident at Effiel Tower B apartments. The Super Tenant was very kind and caring. She helped me out a lot moving in and helped me collected parcels. She even helped me outside of her working hours.

My family have a lot of good things to say about this place. But, the most important is our resident manager. Gerlinde made sure that we felt at home when we moved in this place 3 years ago.She is hardworking and make sure that the building is always clean. Our neighbors are great and friendly.Surely, we will miss this place and our neighbors. Thank you Gerlinde for everything. We will miss you!!!
