New Growth Tattoo

Pamela is very talented. Even my mother (who is not a fan of tattoos) admired her skills. I have recommended Pamela and her shop to friends.

The worst and most unprofessional tattoo shop I have ever had the experience of dealing with. My friend wanted a crescent moon tattoo on her finger and she was left with a tattoo that did NOT resemble that and areas where the tattoo has no outline and thick uneven outline. She has followed up with them repeatedly for 2 weeks and has not heard back at all from them. The owner does not monitor the apprentice and as the experts they should have done their due diligence to ensure the artist felt comfortable doing this tattoo to ensure customer satisfaction.

A friend of mine got a tattoo from this location 2 weeks ago which was badly done. The artist did not do their due diligence to ensure customer satisfaction and have yet to respond to my friends numerous emails, or begin to rectify this issue. I have attached a photo of the tattoo below. This is so disappointing.

I absolutely loved my experience with New Growth. Pamela was so kind and really helped me figure out what I was looking for (we did a partial cover up). She is so creative and really made my tattoo come to life. I will definitely be returning for my next tattoo!

Pamela is such an incredibly talented artist, her line work and attention to details is astonishing! if you're looking to get a tattoo with fine detailing I would 100% recommend! not to mention that she also has THE cutest studio i've ever seen!

New growth tattoo is quaint intimate place with amazing staff. I can not say enough niceties about Pam and Taylor. Since my first session for my first tattoo everything has gone wonderfully and smoothly.

I have nothing good to say about this tattoo place. There customer service is terrible, have been emailing them off and on for the last 2 weeks to discuss with the owner regarding a TERRIBLE tattoo I had received. The artist did NOT do their due diligence in ensuring customer satisfaction of the tattoo, it is not the design I wanted and it has sections where there are no lines, lines that are thick and not straight. I am extremely displeased with the tattoo and the owner has shown no remorse nor has she done anything to improve customer satisfaction. I have emailed multiple progress pictures of how the tattoo has healed and have re-emphasized the inconsistencies with the tattoo.

My friend just got a tattoo from the owner and single person working at the bussiness, she was confused as she did not have any portfolios but got it anyway. It looked O.K but i dont trust the integrity of it and dont know how experienced she is either. This is just my take. Best of luck to her bussiness though..
