Why is there only 2 people working here? I ordered an iced coffee and the lady continued to clean the counter while the order sat on screen for a good 3 minutes. There was only 1 other person waiting who had already ordered.

Dirty store very bad service specially old lady we asked for empty cup and the lady refused to give to me. At the end she threw the cup with a very bad temper. I will not go to this location again because the very poor service.

Ordered the Carolina BBQ Quarter Pounder. They gave me a Big Mac instead. Also ordered a plain Quarter Pounder (no ketchup, mustard or pickles) for my kid — you can probably guess what they gave us. Very simple order, they can’t get it right. I will not eat here again, and I won’t recommend this particular McD’s branch.

Service was slow, the lady at the counter seemed unhappy and argued with a fellow worker. My order was correct but, it seemed like quite a few other people's orders were incorrect.

The worst service .. I ordered nuggets at the counter. There was an advertisement when entering Walmart of a new ghost pepper sauce. I asked for that , but the person taking my order rudely said that its not yet available. Once the order was ready, I asked for some packs of ketchup. She just angrily threw one packet of ketchup on the table. Very disappointed with such rude behaviour when getting our food.

My family and I always come to this mcdonald's in walmart and normally the staff is nice but today I ordered food for the whole family and when I asked for an extra empty cup, the certified shift manager refused to give it to me and said I have to pay for it. I was very frustrated and I cancelled the order. I will not come ever again to this branch. The star on my review is because to be able to write a review we have to put a star

I am providing a written email in regards to this restaurant it was filthy. The flies were over everything. We counted 7 at one table ( our table with food) our poor service dogs had flies, flying all over them, sticky messes on the ground, where they had to lay in order to be out of the way. our shoes were sticky leaving the restaurant it was on our service dogs feet and fur, as result we had to bath our service dogs when we got back home. Service dogs are there to provide essential tasks, not to be swarmed by flies and laying on gross flooring. Service dogs are meant to help those who are disabled, someone who uses a mobility aid I don’t think would be very pleased needing to clean their mobility aid after leaving a restaurant. Restaurant standard cleanliness was completely disregarded at this location. I can now see why people were refusing to sit at booths, and opted to stand and eat.

On June 4 at 2pm, I went in and there was no one in line so I stood at the counter while 3 employees socialized, looked at me, didn't take my order... the manager had to tell one of them to take my order... she came to the cash and didn't say a word except to tell me the total. Super rude and should not be working customer service. Another employee brought the food out, said my number and dropped the food on the counter... as someone who worked at McDonald's in my teen years, I never would have acted as unprofessional and rude as these girls did.

Pretty grimey location, even for McDonald's standards. Sticky floors, sticky tables, black house flies chilling everywhere. Seems like there's only one employee keeping the ship together. Honestly felt so bad for her she was doing EVERYTHING. One dude literally started his shift and took a break 20mins after LOL. I didn't get my order but she refunded me. I stayed to watch the show after. Avoid this location if you want your food within 15mins.

NO HAIR NETS? SINCE WHEN? I asked for a new cup after I was handed a cup with her fingers touching the inside. then she questions why I want a new cup...I told her and then received it....Also the cashier used the same gloves for touching the fries and cash.....gross...
