Friendly people, great selection of unique styles and there's a little something for everyone. Fantastic deals all year round, for undeniable quality . Never had a hard time finding things I liked in my size, and can honestly say the owners really chose each style with a lot of thought and care never comprising on practicality and always ahead of the fashion curve. I have bought many of my shoes from them, and although a small business, very community oriented and involved in so many ways with other businesses. As soon as you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and they know everyone by name, they will work with you and even find things you never knew you loved, so patient and helpful. A little hidden treasure in Guelph. Must visit at least once in your life! Remember to support local businesses!

I had a pair of boots that i purchased a size to small, apparently hoping against hope that my feet would shrink. My feet remained the same size, and despite many efforts boots remained too small. I called IF, unsure if they would let me exchange because of my own error and IF offered to help.IF stretched them, counselled me in how to stretch them at home, and looked into finding the brand rep for a size that fit. When none of these options worked, and months after the first purchase, IF allowed me to exchange them at full price, despite the exceedingly long wait between my purchase and return, and the fact that I made the mistake of buying too small shoes.No box store would offer this sort of experience, and I can’t speak highly enough about their customer service. They are understanding, passionate about finding the right shoe for you, and value their customers satisfaction. If you come to IF you may leave broke (because there are just so many beautiful shoes to buy!) but you won’t leave dissatisfied.

Hello. The most horrible experience I have ever had.I made a purchase of $300+Tax at this location. I came all the way back from Brampton to Guelph to make an exchange as I tried on in the store a size 7 and I was sold a size 8. Once I arrived at the counter and said that I was there for an exchange, the person in charge started to yield at me for no reason.Even though I explained the situation, and he was the same person who sold them to me, I only got insults!.After he had screamed everything he wanted to me, he didn't apologize, but said that he have had a bad morning.Unfortunately this is the worst experience I had ever had in Canada, and the worst customer service ever.I have a pair of shoes that I'm not able to wear!! Thank you.

If you are looking for extremely fashionable foot ware and accessories there is no place better than if. While their selection of male shoes is considerably smaller than their selection of females shoes they are all top notch. I buy several sets of shoes from if every year and I am always one of the first in the door at their yearly boxing day sale. I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look because I know you will find something you love!

Having recenty moved to Guelph and in need of boots I googled and saw this store rated as #1 I went and found out exactly why this store is rated #1. Winter boots are on the way out Spring and summer on the way in. The person helping me dragged out the boots that were already put away in storage. 1/2 price sale was amazing. Everyone was so very helpfulThis wil be my go to store for shoes Prices are a bit high but I have learned that you really do get what you pay for. I will be looking at sales from this store and will always start here first for any shoe searches. Thank you for this great shopping experience

Great spot for shoes! Wanted to come in and look at shoes for a wedding but it was closed. Facebook and Google said it was open and it was very much not. Please update store hours like most businesses have due to COVID.

I'm a recovering shoe addict and I've shopped for shoes in Chicago, Paris, LA, New York, Toronto, etc. If Footwear Boutique is the place where I've had the most success finding amazing shoes. They have something for most people. They arent't the cheapest store and they aren't the most expensive store, either. They offer amazing style, quality, and amazing service. If I still lived in Guelph this would be my go-to show store. Check If out and say hi to Joel for me :).

IF Footwear Boutique has a huge selection for women. Their footwear is “... comfortable and functional, bold and edgy, vintage turned modern or luxurious and romantic” as stated on the website. One of my favourite brands is Naot. IF also has purses and handbags available. Unfortunately the men’s selection is small with mostly dressy shoes with a few casual. Every Boxing Day there is a half off sale for the entire store and customers typically line up at 6:30 a.m to get in the shop. They have other sales throughout the year as well, but not as big as Boxing Day. The prices can be very high.
